“Highly recommended!”
+We absolutely loved our stay here. The four of us had a wonderful time, and the apartment really became our little home in Rome. We took a cab from the airport and were at the apartment in about 40 minutes. The location turned out to be perfect for exploring the city, but we also loved simply coming back to the neighborhood at the end of the day. For four people, having two full bathrooms was a huge plus, and having AC and a TV in every room made everything incredibly comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed and just worked perfectly for us. And then there is the neighborhood! Just around one corner we found some of the most delicious focaccia we had in Rome, and around the other is a wonderful little Italian espresso place. Those small discoveries became part of our daily routine and made the location feel even more special. Communication was always prompt, warm, and genuinely helpful. We felt very well taken care of from beginning to end. We were genuinely sad to leave. We would stay here again without hesitation and very much hope we will on our next trip to Rome. Highly recommended, and a big thank you for helping make our time in Rome so memorable! ❤️🇮🇹

+The apartment was very clean and it was good value for money. It’s not a 5 star hotel, but it is a 5 star Rome Experience. The building is old, but kept very well. Has a lift to assist with heavy luggage. Close to termini is also a win.

+Very convenient location walking distance from Termini train station. Great value for a simple 3 bedroom apartment. Host was very responsive when we had a minor issue to open the apartment using the app.

“Great Place if you like being Gaslighted”
+The apartment SHOULD have been great. Easy walking distance from the train station, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen for a family to share.
−Oh, where do I begin? We booked this apt months in advance. We had to provide copies of passports and pay a separate local tax in advance. Paying the taxes we got signed up for Link, a 'service' that stores your cc info, including your security code. I had to contact Link to have this deleted. A few days before our arrival we were asked to confirm our arrival time, which we did. We waited all day for the arrival info - nothing. Trying to coordinate with our adult children on a separate flight with no info. We called multiple times from the train station - no answer. So we walked to the apt and it is locked. A man, who turned out to be in the the apt next door let us in, took us into his own apt. and also called the local number - no response. We were trying to something else to book when Omar called back. He at first apologized about a mix up with the keys, etc etc but then tried to blame us, saying we hadn't answered emails. I told him I had every email between us and asked which one I hadn't responded to. Then he finally just admitted that he'd forgotten to email us the info. So, now we have 1 key for 4 people to use but Omar kindly texted us "I hope this temporary solution (one
