“DIRTY AND UPROFESSIONAL”
−We were about to stay in Flary but by the time we arrived at the appartment we found a house that was not cleaned at all. The sheets were wrinkled with stains and hair on them, the floor dirty, the bathroom also with stains everywhere, the dishwasher even had bread crumbs in it, there was not EVEN toilet paper available. But the worst was the reaction of the owner who said there was nothing he could do about in on a Sunday (?) and by the time we said we wanted a refund he said we should leave the house in order to get it. So we did leave and claimed our refund though booking just to find out a week later that the owner was not going to accept that this whole situation happened. Such things can happen especially when the owner is not there to check if the room was cleaned indeed but the professionally thing to do should be to find a solution and take responsibility not make us leave the room and then deny everything. BONUS: before the check in we were waiting for an hour for the owner to turn on his phone although we had arrived on time.

+The greatest advantage of this accommodation is undoubtedly its excellent location , situated in the charming old town of Bari, everything is within easy walking distance, whether you're looking for restaurants, sights, or the seafront. The apartment itself is spacious and well laid out, offering plenty of room and a pleasant atmosphere. It truly has all the potential to be a great place to stay. With just a bit more care , in terms of guest reception, attention to detail, and enhancing comfort , it could provide a much more memorable and enjoyable experience. Overall, it’s a solid accommodation with great potential, especially recommended for those who value an authentic old-town atmosphere and a central location.
−Unfortunately, our experience at this accommodation in Bari was disappointing in several ways , the only real highlight was its excellent location in the charming old town. From the beginning, communication felt cold and impersonal. There was no warm welcome or clear information about the check-in process, and only upon arrival did we realize that no one would be there to greet us. We had to figure out how to access the apartment ourselves, which added unnecessary stress after a long day of travel. We tried to reach out via WhatsApp ,even asking for restaurant recommendations , but never received a reply. The apartment itself showed several signs of neglect. The bathroom was not properly cleaned , the shower was moldy, and the soap dispenser was practically empty, with just a small amount of leftover soap at the bottom that we had to dilute with water to make it usable. The bed linens appeared clean but were not ironed, which gave a careless impression and diminished the sense of hygiene. Although the booking was for four people, only one coffee capsule was provided , which was frankly embarrassing. There wasn’t even a teaspoon, just a large tablespoon to stir the coffee…honestly,

+Very imressive appartment in Bari, located in central district - short walk to downtown. Very high walls, huge windows, creates very special feeling.
−small details were annoying,. for example, there ist coffee mashine but no coffee pads, there ist tea, but no possibility to boil water. Somehow contra intuitive. Very early Check-out 10 am.
