“A perfect stay in a spotless, comfortable apartment with a great location 10 out of 10”
+The location was excellent , close to the beach, supermarkets, shopping centres and most of the places we wanted to visit, while still being far enough away from the busy areas to be very quiet at night. For us, it was the perfect location. The apartment itself was very cosy and extremely comfortable. One of the biggest highlights for me was definitely the air conditioning. We had a few very hot days during our stay, and having good AC made a huge difference. Everything in the apartment, from the appliances to the kitchen utensils, felt almost brand new and was very well looked after. The whole place was spotless when we arrived. The bed was firm but very comfortable, and we slept really well. We spent a few evenings staying in, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals easily without any fuss. The shower was excellent, and having both a washing machine and a tumble dryer was a big bonus, especially as we could get all our clothes washed and dried before travelling back home. The balcony is small, but more than enough to sit outside in the evening, relax and enjoy the breeze. Overall, everything was excellent and I honestly couldn’t find anything to fault. We had a
−This is honestly just me being very picky, because I really couldn’t find anything negative about the apartment itself. When we arrived, we were given a small map showing where to park, as the street is quite narrow and most local residents park along the side of the road. We arrived quite late at night after meeting some friends for dinner in Maspalomas, and when we looked at the map, we found it a little difficult to understand exactly where the car park was. It took us around 20 minutes to find it, which was actually quite funny afterwards because the parking area is right in front of the apartment, just below it. Once you know where it is, it’s incredibly easy. So this is really only a small suggestion rather than a negative point: perhaps a slightly clearer map, a photo, or a more detailed explanation of how to find the parking area would make things easier for guests arriving for the first time, especially at night. But again, I really want to stress that this did not affect our stay at all. Everything was excellent, and I honestly couldn’t fault the place even if I tried.

“Highly recommend this for a happy, comfortable trip!”
+The apartment is well equipped, they had everything we needed. The host was so kind to even keep a welcome gift for us, provided additional towels, the apartment was cool when we came in. Check-in and check-out instructions were promptly provided, and the host made it very easy for us to travel. There's a Spar grocery store at the end of the street, and is well stocked.
−Nothing we did not like about the apartment itself. It is 15mins from Las Palmas airport however we did not find much public transport around, so would recommend hiring a car to travel around the Island. Maspalomas is 40mins & Roque Nublo is ca. 90mins by drive.

+Tiene todas las comodidades que necesitas de un apartamento. Nos gustó mucho la rapidez con la que contestan para resolver cualquier incidente. Lo recomendamos.
−A modo de crítica constructiva, quizá revisar el estado de la vitroceramica ( solo nos funcionó un fuego ), que para fregar hubiera un poco más de espacio para dejar secar los utensilios, y que en todas las ventanas hubieran cortinas para cuando quisieras cerrar, ya que en la cercana a la puerta la cortina transparenta y de noche se ve el interior.

+La decoración y luminosidad del apartamento te hace sentir bienvenido desde el primer momento. Salón y dormitorio extraordinariamente cómodos. Cocina muy bien equipada tanto de electrodomésticos como de utensilios. disponer de aire acondicionado aporta mucha comodidad. El baño es amplio, con una ducha muy cómoda. Disponer de plaza de aparcamiento facilita enormemente la estancia. ubicación excepcional y zona muy tranquila con supermercado a dos minutos caminando y playa a 5 en coche. un10 sin duda.
−Pondría una televisión en el dormitorio.

+Es tal cual las fotos, lo único la almohada muy dura pero eso depende de gustos, fuimos un finde y encontramos aparcamiento delante del apartamento, zona de vecinos residentes y el apartamento venía bien equipado, solo faltaría horno. TV con conexión a internet con netflix etc
