“Amazing house in Nikiti with private courtyard and easy access to the beach”
+Fish Eye is amazing, newly built 2-bedroom duplex house in Nikiti featuring a large private courtyard and excellent facilities. Away from the noise and crowds yet close to the beach which can be easily accessed on foot or by car. Excellent host, friendly, communicative and always ready to help. Secure, private parking inside the courtyard. Great BBQ facilities. Everything you need for an excellent vacation. Highly recommended!

+The house was perfect, it has everything you need. We were four adults and it was perfect. Everything is very clean, and the beds comfortable, it wasn't loudly, very close to the beach, the garden is perfect to relax or make a barbecue. The owner is very nice, it answers very quickly, and it helps you with very good recommendations. We recommend it. 10/10

“A wonderful place made with love ❤️”
+We had such a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, new and spotlessly clean, with everything you could possibly need. You can feel that every little detail has been created with love and care. The large peaceful garden, the lovely lights in the evening and the quiet atmosphere made us feel completely at home. The beach is very close, Nikiti is just nearby, yet the house feels wonderfully calm and private. And a very special thank you to Kimon , always smiling, warm, kind and incredibly hospitable. Everything was perfectly organized, every detail was exactly as promised, and he made us feel truly welcome from the very first moment. We are so happy that we had the chance to be Kimon’s guests , and even happier to leave feeling that we have made a new friend. ❤️ We would come back with pleasure!

+Bardzo dobra lokalizacja 5 minut piechotą do pięknej nie zatłoczonej plaży, świetnie wyposażony dom, wspaniałe materace spaliśmy jak dzieci, cisza i spokój dokoła, dom jest nowy z pięknym ogrodem, super właściciel, blisko do sklepu i knajpek. Dwie klimatyzacje i wiatraki ułatwiły pobyt podczas upałów. Na pewno wrócimy.

The only problem is the internet, but that does not depend on the owner, and it is not bad to take a break from these obsessive phones!

+Zwei Wochen durfte ich in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Das offenbar neu errichtete Ferienhaus bietet jeden erdenklichen Komfort. Ob allein, als Paar oder mit der ganzen Familie - hier kommt jeder auf seine Kosten. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer: eines mit einem Doppelbett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten. Eine hervorragend ausgestattete Wohnküche sowie ein modernes Badezimmer runden den Innenbereich perfekt ab. Die Betten sind bei der Ankunft liebevoll hergerichtet. Zur Begrüßung erwarten die Gäste eine Flasche Rotwein sowie vorgekühlte, kostenlose Getränke im Kühlschrank. Auch für den ersten Kaffee am Morgen ist bestens gesorgt: Es stehen eine klassische Filterkaffeemaschine, eine Kapselmaschine und ein Wasserkocher zur Verfügung. Tee, Kaffee und Zucker werden ebenfalls bereitgestellt. Zum Kochen ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Der Garten ist großzügig angelegt und hervorragend ausgestattet. Zahlreiche Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten laden zum Entspannen ein. Stühle, Sessel, Sonnenliegen, eine Hängematte und ein Schaukelstuhl stehen bereit.
