“Amazing cottage.”
+Very nice cottage huge in size beds comfortable.everything we needed in kitchen We stayed here for my sons wedding wonderful cottage and had the best wedding.
−The shower in room 1 to right had to put a towel down as there is very bad leak, we had to angle shower head away from sreen. Not your fault but taxi ,takaway couldnt find us multiple phone calls. We loved the views.

“Beautiful and spacious house.”
+Beautiful large space for a family get together. Great garden with stunning views. Excellent location. Lovely and quiet and only 5 minutes to Crail.
−Quite a late checkin at 4pm and had to pay extra to get in at 3pm.

“Great place to stay would stay again”
+We were staying for our daughters wedding at nearby Falside Mill needed a house that could accommodate a large wedding party and the cottage ideal it is very deceiving from the outside living room massive which was great as we had to do makeup and hair for 8 on the morning of the wedding rooms great en-suites definitely an advantage kitchen well equipped view from living room was fab had hares in garden and a deer in the field great stay Would be a good house for family with children as plenty of space for them to play
−Little tired in places and could improve on little thing like chipped plates Grout in tiles surrounding bath a bit black Nothing major

“Large property in a great location. Very clean and comfortable.”
+Very spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed there in Jan but can imagine it would be lovely to sit outside in summer, with great views. Great location near to Crail and Anstruther.
−Additional seating in the main lounge would be good as there is not space for 8 people to all sit at the same time. Would be good to have a TV in the snug as well for kids.

+The size of property is great for 8 adults, each couple had a large room with 3 of them en suite.
−American style fridge freezer either has to be plumbed in/serviced or changed. Freezer trying to make ice just caused a very loud knocking sound for a day & a half … people were hearing that from their rooms. Staff need to check crockery etc. chipped plates, not enough place mats for the amount of people staying, dirty marked walls.. it’s the little things that add up. I think the whole property could now do with a freshen up and a little tlc.

“Disappointing”
+Spacious property. Lovely views.
−Whole property needed a deep clean. Mouse droppings in cupboards (although this was rectified promptly by staff when informed). The lack of cleanliness in the kitchen was a real concern. Several walls required re-painting. One of the en-suite showrooms was particularly dirty (along skirtings, behind toilet). Cheap bed linen and very thin/cheap duvets in the twin room. Twin room wardrobe was full of Christmas decorations, black bin bags with decorations that had been ‘dumped’ there, very messy and gave a very poor impression.

“Lovely stay overall, would recommend & return”
+Lovely large house - bigger than it looked in pictures. Perfectly clean. Great location for exploring multiple nearby places (we visited Crail, St Andrews, Elie).
−Garden is not enclosed so not safe for dog to be let out as it's located on a busy road. Charges for extra items such as cot/highchair for babies. Appreciate a charge for a dog but seems unusual to charge for baby items. Strict checkout times/ threats of being charged if you check out any later than 10.

“Classy, comfy, easily accessible, perfect base for touring the area.”
+Rooms excellent. Kitchen and lounge area great. Boot room with wash machine a great addition. Well configured so could comfortably take 4 couples.
−If I have to be picky a BBQ area outside would be perfect - otherwise can’t fault it.
