“cozy nest”
+The size of the apartment, the amenities, the heated floors, the bathroom, the coffee machine and the lighting,in general, it's a really cool, cozy place that makes you feel right at home.
−There was a slight smell of tobacco in the living room and kitchen, but that was probably from the previous tenants who violated the rules. The shower pressure wasn't very strong.

+Stylish place in quiet and beautiful old neighborhood walking distance from downtown, with all the amenities imaginable plus cooking oil, sugar, tea, coffee, and even oatmeal. Two TVs if you can't agree on what to watch and two coffee-machines just in case. A supermarket is just a block away, a beautiful park ― only two blocks. Free public parking spaces are easy to find.

+The apartment looks great and it is very very clean. You find everything you need and feel inmediately like at home. The hosts were very nice and helpful, we had a little inconvenience with the keys at the arrival but they responded quickly and efficiently. The location is great, very quiet and city center easily reachable with tram.

“Eine wohlverdiente Zehn!”
+Die Lage ist absolut top, zentral und mit allerlei Öffis drum rum. Versorgung ist gar kein Problem, alles da, was man sich wünscht. Die Gastgeber geben einem das Gefühl, dass sie sich kümmern, sogar Tiere wären willkommen gewesen. Die Wohnung selbst, 2. Stock mit Aufzug, ist tiptop sauber und geräumig, die Möblierung, skandinavisch angehaucht, ergibt ein stimmiges Bild. WLAN hat volles Signal in allen Räumen. Das Bett ist super bequem. Im Schrank gibt es ausreichend Kleiderbügel und Bügelzeug. In der Küche findet sich alles, was man so brauchen könnte. Eine Basis an Gewürzen wird gestellt. Das Bad ist groß genug, dass man sich vernünftig drin bewegen kann. Ich hab mich absolut wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung, die kleinen Negativpunkte unten sind Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Würde definitiv wiederkommen!
−Der Schlüssel liegt in einer Schlüsselbox, es ist da allerdings recht finster und die Zahlen sind schlecht zu sehen. Das Kästchen aufzupfriemeln, ist noch mal eine eigene Challenge. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist leider gleich null, duschen ist eine Herausforderung, Haare waschen ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit. Die Waschmaschine wandert im Schleudergang. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass die Nespresso-Kapseln sortiert und beschriftet gewesen wären. Den Herztodkaffee, den ich mir versehentlich zusammengebraut hatte, musste ich leider wegschütten :(

+Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man hat alles vor Prt, was man benötigt, um sich wohl zu fühlen.
−Wir haben es zwar nicht genutzt, da wir nur eine Nacht dort verbracht haben, aber das Kochgeschirr (Töpfe) könnte einmal ausgetauscht werden (teilweise zerkratzte Beschichtung in den Töpfen)
