+Outstanding stay. The hotel is incredibly stylish, with beautiful marble floors and elegant décor throughout. The furniture was both comfortable and high quality, making it the perfect place to relax. The complimentary Prosecco was a lovely touch and the perfect way to start our stay. Everything felt luxurious, and we would happily stay here again.
−One small suggestion for improvement would be to make the entrance instructions a bit clearer,for example, noting that the entrance (black glass doors) is to the left of the hotel reception and alongside the Crowne Plaza building. But the owner was immediately on hand via call and explained! Super helpful!

Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. We felt great from the moment we arrived and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for more than just accommodation and wanting to experience the true spirit of the seaside.

+This property is very nicely decorated, very clean and family friendly in a new apartment building that is part of the complex of Crown Plaza Hotel which give you access to the Hotel’s pool and private beach(although you have to pay separately for either one of them). If you have kids I really recommend it because it is quiet and the personal at the Crown Plaza Hotel pool were very nice and helpful. The food at the pool’s restaurant was really good just as the one at the main restaurant. The host is very responsive and very nice. The whole experience was extremely relaxing! I will definitely come back! The property also comes with a parking spot included which is a plus.
−I was expecting to have the pool and beach chairs covered based on the information presented on booking but that was not the case. Not a deal breaker for me but that is an extra expense you have to consider. Access to pool and beach chairs for 2 adults was about 400 ron/ day. There is a 30% discount for the apartment rentals but only for the beach chairs’ cost. Kids under 10 have gratuity.

+Apartamentul este superb, foarte curat și dotat cu absolut tot ce ai nevoie, iar vederea spre mare este de vis. Complexul este foarte frumos, chiar pe plajă, cu piscină, iar cluburile sunt la câțiva pași. Parcarea chiar în față este un mare plus. Gazda a fost extraordinar de drăguță cu noi, atentă și primitoare, ne-a făcut să ne simțim foarte bine. Am avut o experiență minunată și cu siguranță voi reveni!

+Am avut un sejur minunat la First Residence, un apartament superb situat în complexul Crowne Plaza, chiar pe malul Mării Negre. Locația este excelentă, cu o priveliște spectaculoasă atât spre mare, cât și spre piscină. Apartamentul este foarte curat, modern și amenajat cu mult bun gust. Dormitorul este confortabil, livingul este spațios, cu o canapea foarte comodă, iar bucătăria este complet utilată, inclusiv cu aparat de cafea. Am apreciat și faptul că exista o stație de călcat, un detaliu foarte util. La sosire am fost întâmpinați cu ceva dulce și o sticlă de Prosecco, un gest elegant care ne-a făcut să ne simțim bineveniți încă din primul moment. Un mare avantaj este poziționarea apartamentului: este chiar pe malul mării, iar la doar câțiva pași se află plaja, terasele și celebrele cluburi NUBA și Loft. Este locul perfect atât pentru relaxare, cât și pentru cei care vor să se bucure de atmosfera vibrantă a stațiunii. Ne-am simțit excelent și recomandăm cu mare drag acest apartament. Cu siguranță vom reveni!
