“We paid for the stay but could not get in.”
+Apparently it is a very nice property, but we cannot judge that because we could not get in.
−Only when we read the mails from the Finca shortly before we wanted to go there we realized that we had to get the keys in another town several km`s away. In the booking information it was stated that the keys could be got `at the reception`, and only in the small letters somewhere down that this recpetion would be in another hotel in another place - and we do not read these small letters when booking a place. We do not travel by car, so we could not easily get there. When we phoned and asked for a cancellation because we could not get the keys this way we were told that this could be done if we would arrange this with Booking.com. But when we arranged this with Booking they did not answer the phone anymore and later on refused to cancel the booking. So we paid for the stay, but could not get in and had to book another place.

“Kárate en Elche.”
+El apartamento en particular es cómodo y completo. Tiene un buen ajuar y todo tipo de elemenetos para estar alli de forma confortable. Estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Los exteriores muy cuidados y el aparcamiento cercano.
−Deberían avisar de que cada 5 minutos sobrevuelan aviones a menos de 100 metros de las casas. Para resolver esto deberían modificar las carpinterías exteriores de forma que fueran alojamientos insonorizados. Puede no afectar a clientes con sueño profundo, pero quien lo tenga ligero, se puede encontrar con un problema de seguridad por falta de descanso en el coche a su regreso. Una doble carpintería no es tan costoso para esta empresa. Y sobre todo avisar en la publicidad de este problema. Recoger las llaves a 10 minutos del alojamiento también es un inconveniente del que fuimos informados por mensajería después de reservar el servicio.

“¡Una estancia de excelente!”
+Un lugar fantástico para descansar y desconectar. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, las instalaciones son muy cómodas y acogedoras y el ambiente es increíblemente tranquilo. Se nota el cuidado y la atención a los detalles para que la estancia sea lo más agradable posible. Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto y sin duda repetiríamos. ¡Totalmente recomendable! 😄

“Schöner Stop Over”
+sehr sauber, gut Ausgesattet, kleine Küche, großer Kühlschrank, gute Betten, Parkplatz auf dem Gelände welches man nur mit eienm Code betreten kann.
−Man kann nich direkt dort den Schlüssel abholen. Man bekommt eine WhatsApp, das man den Schlüssel an einem Hotel abholen soll und 200€ Kaution hinterlegen muß. Da denkt man im ersten Moment, dass es eine Falle ist. Das Hotel ist jedoch sehr vornehm. Wir bekamen dann den Schlüssel für 100€ Kaution. Wurden allerdings nich in der gebuchten Finca untergebarcht, sondern in einer schönen Suit Anlage auch mit Pool. Der Ablauf sollte vorab schon beim Buchen erklärt werden.

“Mooi appartement met prachtige tuin en zwembad.”
+Een mooi appartement, prachtige tuin en zwembad. Rustige locatie, behalve dat je er wel rekening mee moet houden, dat de aanvliegroute van de luchthaven langs de accommodatie vliegt, wij vonden dat geen probleem. Het ophalen van de sleutel bij een hotel vlakbij de luchthaven was prima en aardig geholpen. Na inleveren van de sleutel konden we nog gebruik maken van het restaurant van het hotel, het eten was daar erg goed.
−We misten een waterkoker, warm water koken in een pannetje zou niet nodig hoeven zijn.
