“Not the best villa for the money we paid”

−Pool needs some TLC. Air conditioning not great. Had to be without for a few nights. No electricity in the property for one night so had to find alternative accommodation as couldn’t get hold of anyone on emergency number. Not got reimbursed for it. Received small amount as compensation for inconveniences we suffered whilst on our weeks stay. Cot bed for baby unsafe Table tennis old and no equipment Shower in washing machine room doesn’t work

+Beautiful, comfortable and quiet property. Very friendly and helpful owner. Even a guitar was available and I enjoyed playing it every day.

+This is a very beautiful place where the old Spanish architecture has been preserved, a very good location, a cool pool, everything is there for cooking in the kitchen, and a barbecue outside, we were a large family of 6 people, very comfortable, enough space and very quiet and peaceful.

+LOCATION & privacy. This WAS (ONCE upon a time) potentially lovely... but NOT now and NOT as a holiday let at those prices!
−DAMP, DIRTY, SMELLY, UNCLEAN, neglected and certainly NOT prepared adequately for guests... we felt we MUST have been the first, having to bodily air the bed for a few days and wash almost everything (BY HAND) as the dishwasher was faulty and FINALLY replaced by the agent 11 days into our stay! Certainly NOT the luxury villa of the elderly images used to advertise/sell. We have MANY contradictory photos so only a few attached... "table tennis area", dirty crockery, broken corroded & unhygienic saucepans, rust & corrosion to fittings... damp & stained cushions, poorly timed (and directed) sprinklers, stagnating smells to toilets, many flies stuck to just above water level of the swimming pool wall… SO many images!!! It felt like an endurance test to us and we ARE really tolerant, kind & resourceful people! SO sad. Perhaps they've cared for it a bit now... we certainly gave it a kick-start BUT we WERE SUPPOSED to be ON HOLIDAY!!!

−Encontramos una rata muerta en el jardín. Personas (entendemos que trabajadores porque uno era el jardinero pero 2 mujeres sin identificar y una niña) entraban en la casa sin nosotros saberlo. Los aires solo podían activarse de 14 a 16 y de 21 a 9, a pesar de estar en alerta naranja. Asimismo el de la segunda habitación no funcionaba. Asimismo, había numerosas hormigas no solo fuera en el jardín sino también en el banco de la cocina y nos echó a perder comida (dentro de la casa).

“Semaine à Finca Moli da Cavea”
+Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à la Finca Moli d'en Cavea. La piscine est un vrai point fort et a été très appréciée. La grande salle à manger est très conviviale, la place de parking est pratique et la grande chambre parentale est spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons également apprécié les nombreux rangements disponibles dans la maison. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour grâce aux espaces généreux de la maison et à sa belle piscine. Et proche du village Santanyi très sympa.
−La cuisine est équipée d'une cafetière à filtre, alors qu'une machine Nespresso est tellement plus pratique. Le salon avait une forte odeur de renfermé qui nous a empêchés d'en profiter. Nous avons finalement passé toutes nos soirées dans la salle à manger. Les climatiseurs des deux petites chambres manquent également d'efficacité, surtout lors des fortes chaleurs. Le poulailler situé juste à côté de la maison est assez dérangeant. Les poules et coqs se font entendre très tôt le matin et attirent de nombreuses mouches. Enfin, nous avons constaté régulièrement des fientes de pigeons sur les rebords de la piscine, ce qui nécessitait un nettoyage fréquent.
