+The property is in a great location, close to all amenities while being at the same time in a quiet street. We initially had a problem with the shower, but one of the Whitstable Seaside team came out promptly after we phoned and resolved the issue - all the more impressive as this was on Christmas Eve! And it was so lovely to arrive and find a beautiful Xmas tree as well as a bottle of Bucks Fizz and Xmas nibbles.
−It would be useful to be given clear instructions as to the location of the key box, as it really isn't easy to locate, especially if you arrive after dark.

+Good location and nice kitchen garden and bathroom
−The property has a major problem with damp. It smelt very damp and musty when we entered. There were damp patches over the walls and ceiling,paint peeling off. The clothes cupboard in the front bedroom smelt of damp and our clothes we hung in there need cleaning as we can’t get rid of the smell. The bathroom shower thermostat mixer was impossible to move so couldn’t shower. The rain head was dirty and mouldy so couldn’t use it. Shower screen was smeared. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly if at all. Unhealthily environment.

−A dishwasher would have been good. There was thick dust under the bunk bed. The cottage was in need of a little TLC.also the garden needed attention
