+The location was as advertised, close to main train station - thatis where the correct nformation about the apartment ends. You can contact the property manager via the Whatsapp message system and you do get a reply. The apartment was clean. Contact with the Managing company resulted in a apology and a promice of an agreed refund - this has yet to be paid 5 working days layer.
−The apartment was not as advertised - we rented a 1 bedroom apartment and recieved a studio apartment without the ammenities as advertised. The lack of responsibility taken to ensure refund as agreed is paid within a reasonable timeframe.

“Steps from main station”
+Location is good, next to main station. Old town approx 20-25 minutes walk away. Clean. Nice decor.
−Elevator got broken and the alarm ( terrible sharp sound) was on for the rest of the weekend, (36 hours) No microwave and the oven did not work. The main entrance door ( a small brown metal) to the house is like a garage/storage door. Nothing marked, we could not beleive we are supposed to enter there. So it was difficult to find.

“Met Expectations, Convenient Location, Great Price”
+Convenient location to the main train station, as well as U/S Bahn. Good food nearby. Place was clean, lots of towels, good to sleep a family of three. Owner was very responsive, and flexible with us.
−We couldn't figure out the coffee machine, windows had no screens, which let in a few bugs when we were trying to cools the place down. A mini-split would go a long way. There was a lack of storage for clothes.

+Die Lage war zentral
−Das Haus ist eine Baustelle mit konstantem Baulärm tagsüber. Der Hausflur ist schmutzig. Das Bett ist sehr fragil, das Lattenrost verschiebt sich, sodass man schon mal „einkracht“. Leider billigste Ausstattung. Der WC-Sitz war unbenutzbar defekt, was man bei jedem Reinigungsvorgang hätte merken müssen. Dies wurde am Folgetag repariert, die übrig geblieben Teile blieben im Bad liegen. Es gibt keine Mülltrennungsboxen und wenig Küchenausstattung(keine Müslischüsseln, keine Schere…).
