+Very good price for this kind of accommodation at this place. Warnemünde is very nice spot. We were happy at all. In the apartment was everything we needed. Apartment was relatively clean.
−A bit confused about arrive details / unlocking case with keys. Im the air was smell of mold, probably from the basement. But I did not noticed any in the apartment. You need to open windows for a while to get fresh air..

“Good location but the appartment needs some updating/fixing”
+The location of the FEWO is really good, close to the city square. Its also quiet in the house and not so much traffice outside which is nice when its time to sleep.
−The soffa did not look fresh and had stains. All furniture except maybe the bed is quit old and there was some pillows for the soffa which also was stained. When we arrived we had to clean all the cutting boards as they had old food rests on which is not giving a nice impression. The curtain rod in one of the rooms had broken and was fallen down and was still sitting on the floor...strange! Due to that fact you could not make the room totally dark in the night which was disturbing as it was one of the sleeping rooms. One of the curtains in the kitchen had also fallen down and was placed on the window frame. Several of the other lower window curtains did not have their own attachementpoints which made them fall down if you touched them. We where 3 people for 3 days and we got only one toilet role - this was solved though when we called the service number - so good service with that and also we got very quick help in getting the bulb in the toilet changed when that went out.

−Diese Unterkunft ist nicht zuempfehlen. Da müsste dringend renoviert werden. Kühlschrank und Herd waren neu, sonstige Einrichtung alles in einem lechten Zustand.

+Die Umgebung ist sehr schön Harfenrundfahrt mit dem Schiff ⛵ und der Bahn war auch sehr schön

“Anregung zur Neugestaltung”
+Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer schönen Gegend. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Supermarkt waren sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
−Einige Ausstattungsmerkmale sollten mal erneuert werden - Schlafcouch weist undefinierbare Flecken auf und ist durch gesessen - Küchenschränke in die Jahre gekommen - Die Matratzen im Bett sollten unbedingt erneuert werden - das Lichtkonzept sollte mal umgerüstet werden ( Bad sehr dunkel)

“Über Silvester mitten drin”
+Die Lage der Wohnung ist im Zentrum von Warnemünde sehr gut, man ist überall zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit. Es war gut geheizt und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
−Das Bett ist so breit, dass man nur vom Fußende hinein kommt. Matratzenschoner und Kopfkissen waren nicht so sauber. Die Zimmer waren recht staubig. Kein Toilettenpapier, keine Küchenrolle und auch kein Spültuch, also erst einkaufen, schade, sonst war es ganz schön.

“NIE WIEDER und lasst bitte die Finger von dieser Unterlunft”
+Die Lage ist super
−Extrem Unsauber, viel Schimmel und heruntergekommene Möbel. Es ähnelt eher einer Notunterkunft und selbst dafür wäre es schlecht. Schon beim Öffnen der Tür kam einem ein ekelhafter Geruch entgegen. Wenn man dann die Fenster öffnen will, ist das kaum möglich. Die Fenster wurden auch das letzte Mal vor Jahren geputzt- ich denke dass die Bilder alles sagen
