“Spacious and comfortable - a good “find”.”
+A roomy, well-equipped apartment and a great space to relax in; it was just around the corner from the railway station and a short walk to the supermarket. The Schloss and Marktplatz weren’t too far away to walk to: approx. 1 km. We spent a pleasurable couple of days in Köthen.

“I enjoyed the stay, would go there again if needed”
+The place was very comfortable, we made coffee and were able to cook dinner with the provided dishes. The sofa was very comfortable, as well as the beds. Lastly, the ability to charge phones while lying in bad made the sleeping experience much better
−The chair in the kitchen didn't have back. Wasn't very comfortable to sit there (and I couldn't sit in the living room)

+It was very clean, fully equipped kitchen, you could also use two separate bedrooms, free parking on the street in front of the block. Location is a big plus as well.
−Bed was quite comfortable, but pillows were worn out already.

+Good localization, big apartment, and well equipment. Easy to car parking, close to restaurant. Nice town. For us it was only small break to journey, but pleasant.
−We booked apartment for 5 persons, and inside was 5 places but only 4 lines. It was not enough carefully prepared for us.

+Es gab kein Frühstück ,die Lage war ok .Nicht s hat uns gefallen außer wo ,wir die Wohnung verlassen durften. Stickig kein Lüfter und Gestank überall .
−Alles a es sich um meine Oma Margot Richter 85 Jahre handelt und sie auf den Rollator angewiesen ist musste man 2 Etagen überwinden . Ohne meine Hilfe wäre sie nie hinaufgekommen. Da ich als Begleitperson der Enkel Andre Springer bin . Beanstandungen: die ganze Ferienwohnung Apartment war verdreckt ,stinkende Luft mit starkem Raumduftes was dazu führte Unwohlsein mit Kopfschmerzen .Gästezimmer zu voll gestellt , Flur war ok ,Bad beim betreten des Bades gab es eine Stolperfalle , Badewanne war stumpf Seifenhalter in der oberen Ecke über der Badewanne war verrostet . Stoffläufer vor der Wanne nicht untragbar hygienisch. Handtücher waren nicht benutzbar ,Badfenster voller Spinnenweben Fenster stark verschmutzt. Toilette musste gereinigt werden bevor man sie benutzen konnte, Toilettenbürste im Behälter unhygienisch ,ekelhaft. Waschmaschine verdreckt , Oma wollte sich abstützen und hatte den Türrahmen in der Hand er war nicht befestigt. Küche Kühlschrank verdreckt und übler Geruch. Backofen für die Müllhalde ,Abzugshaube verdreckt ,Küchenlampe mit Nikotin überzogen sowie alle Heizungen .Küchengeräte nicht benutzbar siehe Fotos . Fenster waren in den Ecken Schwarz dabei handelte es sich
