“Dirty”
+Not a lot dirt and dust.
−The place need a good clean made us feel uncomfortable if they are employing a cleaner I would be sacking who ever cleans the flat,it could be nice with some attention to the whole place,but would not encourage anyone to pay and stay in such a disappointed place we save to get a weekend break to feel I wanted to go home first night.

+Apartment was clean and fresh. Plenty utilities on hand. Heating and no dampness.
−I could feel the springs in the bed was slightly uncomfortable. Couch needs replaced in the living room its seen better days.

“Fantastic flat.”
+Location was fantastic, exactly like the photos. Marc was very helpful too. Everything was available, towels, toiletries etc.

+Location was good however there is no parking facilities whatsoever. Double yellow line in the full of largs. Onky place to park cost £10 per night
−The house wasn't clean, dirty skirting boards, window ledges were covered in dust. Found someone's makeup brush under the bed and bottle caps down the sofa. The carpets were badly stained. The bathroom shower had mild and dirt around the tiles. My mum left early due to the dirt. The curtly drawer was covered with crumbs, and there were clomps of dust around the base boards and washing machine. There were also dirty marks on the curtains too.

“Great central location and we'll appointed flat in Largs”
+Well appointed flat,all facilties good,washing machine,drier,hairdryer,iron all present,the flat is siituated in a central position in Largs within easy reach of rail station,buses and taxis,beds were comfortable,clean towels set out for each bedroom.
−Not a major point for me,but my friend said he'd prefer a snib or lock on bathroom door. 1 thing I was disappointed with was I sat on couch a and couldn't find my phone so looked under couch cushions and found bottle cap,hair grip,blank key and lots of crumbs or food debris,not a big deal as such but felt it was important to mention.

“Great views in the heart of the town”
+Great location, clean and tidy, good selection of utensils in kitchen. Comfy chairs in living room.
−Needs some maintenance - carpets stained, bathroom door lock broken, kitchen cupboard door broken, fridge shelves/drawers missing. Living room window not opening.

“Convenient location, could be a really lovely place with better care.”
+The location was great.
−The towels were stained, there was stagnant water in the washing machine that stunk, some dishes were dirty, needed a good painting (various rooms and entrance hall). The unit wasn't ready at the 2pm checkin. Needs darkening curtains for people who like to sleep beyond 5am.

−Tired furniture and decoration. Bed in 2nd room pushed against wall making it difficult for 2 people using. No soap or shower gel dispenser in bathroom. Apartment very cold on arrival. Central heating system not very efficient - didn't warm up much.
