+We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great, and the bed was very comfortable.
−The only thing we didn’t like was - The accommodation has become quite dated. I stayed here six years ago, and back then everything was still beautifully modern and clean. Now, the floors, air conditioning, and furniture are more worn out. There was also a noticeable smell of mold, so we had to air the place out frequently.

“Lovely place, clean pool and near to the beach”
+The pool and garden area was lovely and clean and the apartment was spacious and well kept. The Air conditioning was excellent and the apartment had all the basics. It was a 5 minute walk from the beach.
−We had issues with the water pressure, but this was quickly resolved. The apartment only had a fridge - no freezer, and could have some with better bowls/plates/kitchen equipment.

“A potentially lovely stay ruined by serious plumbing failures, poor communication and concerns about safety and manageme”
+The location was good and the apartment itself had plenty of potential. When everything was working, it could have been a very enjoyable place to stay.
−Unfortunately, our 12-night stay was badly affected by a succession of issues. We arrived to find ants in several areas of the apartment and immediately experienced extremely poor water pressure, with showers barely functioning and toilets taking a significant amount of time to refill. The plumbing problems then became much more serious. Four nights of our stay were materially disrupted and for two of those we had no usable water at all. There was also a fault associated with the shower/plumbing in our apartment which resulted in water affecting the apartment below us. We understand another apartment had such significant toilet/plumbing problems that the guests had to be moved and were fully reimbursed. Communication throughout was extremely poor. We repeatedly had to chase for information and updates rather than being proactively kept informed about what was happening or when problems would be resolved. The final two nights were then further disrupted by a very large group of around 12 young women apparently sharing the two-bedroom apartment immediately next to us, which significantly changed the atmosphere and impacted our enjoyment of the accommodation. “Well-located and comfortable, but the worst reception experience of my life.”
+The location was really good.
−Even though I called and wrote ahead to provide my arrival date, a flight delay meant I didn't reach the hotel until 11:30 PM,with two very tired minors after a 17-hour journey,yet I received no instructions on where to find the keys; I called the contact number repeatedly but got no answer. I had to find somewhere else to sleep at midnight. They finally called me the next day and offered a gesture of goodwill that I appreciate, but the ordeal of the previous night was extremely difficult.

“Se dovessi tornare a Maiorca sicuramente l’ho prenoterei”
+Struttura bella, zona tranquilla a 5 min a piedi da cala Ferrera . Non abbiamo usato la cucina ma sembra che aveva il necessario. Cambio asciugamani fatto alla nostra richiesta .Direi buono il rapporto qualità/ prezzo .

+Appartement bien situé, petite résidence. Logement grand et agréable. Literie de bonne qualité.
−Aucune instruction envoyée avant notre arrivée...nous avons dû attendre 30 min avant d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone pour nous donner les instructions. Cuisine petite, pas fonctionnelle et manque de nombreux équipements : aucune casserole, juste un grand fait-tout, une seule poêle type wok, pas de grille-pain, ni de saladier...pour cuisiner c'est vite compliqué.

−L’appartement correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes et nous avons passé un bon séjour. Cependant, nous avons dû attendre plus d’une heure pour récupérer les clés, car elles n’étaient pas dans la boîte à clés à notre arrivée.
