“It is NOT Villa Karlberg”
+The place is cozy and I'm happy and thankful that people share their leisure homes for others to use. The beds and sofas were comfortable. The kitchen was quite well equipped, although a bit strange not to have a sink or water in the kitchen. The surroundings very nice, I strongly recommend the sunset at the nearby lake and the apartment was comfortable and warm.
−The directions provided take you to Villa Karlberg which is not the property listed. It took us a god half an hour to find the place. We did get instructions before hand, but it was a very long email and hard to grasp all the information before you arrive. It was disturbing that the electricity was not included in the price so we were very self conscious of the use of it. Not the best set up for a weekend away. It was very uncomfortable to have to wash the dishes in the tiny sink in the bathroom. Ok to have to do it there, but at least have a decent size sink. A bit stressful also not to have so much toilet paper. Fearing we'd run out and no where close to find any.

+Location and a lot of space outside. This could be a lovely place, great when travelling with kids or pet - but....
−As a guest I expect that the accommodation is clean and maintained. But here neither applies. When I opened the front door, I immediately had to sneeze because of dust. When I checked for cleanliness I was very disappointed: lots of dust everywhere, old and tired furniture, the bathroom run down, humidity issues, mould in the shower, dishes dirty, the fridge had not been defrosted in ages, etc. This is apparently due to the fact that the accommodation is not really cleaned by the owner, but by the people who stayed. Of course, only the most necessary is being done. It is a real shame, because it doesn't cost much to fix it, and it is certainly not difficult to make this a lovely place to stay! Price: on first glance it is cheap, but if you, like me, are staying for one night only and want to use associated services, e.g. cleaning, bedlinen, etc, then it is necessary to pay extra and in the end it costs as much money as in a hotel in neighboring Elverum or Trysil. Only there it is clean and a breakfast is included. Here, not even electricity or the cleaning detergents are included: You pay electricity before you leave and you have to bring cleaning detergents yourself. I would like

“Vienai nakčiai gerai.”
+Vieni be kitų žmonių. Vaikams daug žaislų. Daug stalo žaidimų.
−Nėra interneto. Pilna šunų plaukų ant sofos ( tikrai nemalonu). Labai daug dulkių, nešvaru. Reikia po savęs susitvarkyti, nors dulkių siurblys praktiškai nieko netraukia. Kilimėlis prie lauko durų aplipęs šienu. Jis visas nešasi vidun. Prie durų žolės.

“Pro opravdu nenáročné cestovatele”
+Klidné místo, jasné instrukce, blízkost koupání.
−Po příjezdu všude nepořádek a zápach. Odpadky a nebylo vůbec po předchozích návštěvnicích uklizeno. Naštěstí si vozíme vše své, od ložního prádla po nádobí. Nejsme nároční, ale trochu péče by si ubytování zasloužilo.
