“the house is close to restaurant , situated in lovely village.”
+we liked where the house is situated, two gardens where we left our dogs safety. Marion is super and thank you so much for presents for our dogs and good tasty bottle of wine. house is large with pletny of rooms, two bathrooms, well equipe kitchen, dog´s bowls. we realy enjoyed our time there.

“A super nice property useful as a basecamp for exploring the area”
+The property is nicely located. It is in a quiet town which does not have much to recommend it, except for being quiet and restful of course. It is in the middle of the hills and woods with some fields around it. There is a little SPAR Supermarket and a bakery within walking distance for all your daily needs. All sightseeing in the area is within easy reach if you have a car. If you are looking for a "base" to stay and do your sight seeing from, this place is optimal. The property is enclosed and your dog can run free on the property. The host has several dogs herself, and the gardens do not touch. The host is super friendly, and will try to help. The property had bed sheets and towels available. There was an Iron, and a hairdryer. There were showers upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who want to cook. There is also a (noisy) dishwasher. The property had enough space to sleep at least 6 people, so with 2 adults and a dog it felt very roomy (very luxurious feeling) The property was cool on the warmest days of the year (30+) downstairs even without Airco, but a bit hot upstairs.
−The WIFI did cause us some concerns - The WIFI did not work for a couple or hours after we arrived, but then starting working suddenly. The WIFI was weak and slow (fast enough for mobile apps use (google maps, FB, IG,... but far to slow to use for serious work (VPN, Zoom, Teams). not recommended for people who are thinking to combine work and vacation.

“Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft mit netter Gastgeberin”
+Wir waren vier Freundinnen und haben uns in der Unterkunft rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders angenehm war, dass jede von uns ein eigenes Zimmer hatte. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, gemütlich und wirklich bestens ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Auch die Kommunikation hat von Anfang an wunderbar funktioniert. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden mit einer Flasche Wein und Wasser willkommen geheißen und haben während unseres Aufenthalts sogar frische Zwetschgen und Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten bekommen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, uns sofort willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

“Super nett, in guter ruhiger Lage in Wachau-Nähe.”
+Die Vermieterin ist super lieb und hat alles im Vorfeld top organisiert. Haus ist super groß und komfortabel ausgestattet. Ideal für 6 Personen, da es 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder gibt. Netter Garten- ruhige Lage - nur 15 Minuten von der Wachau.
