“Great location”
+The location was great. We liked the quiet area.
−The kitchen was dated, the draw fronts fell off in the bedroom, the toilet seat was hanging off and the aircon stopped working . The aircon had issues before we arrived because a mop bucket was placed under the air con system to collect the water that was dripping. I did message the owner through booking.com but had no reply. The outside furniture was uncomfortable with no cushions.

“We were here two days due to high wind warnings for Costa Brava . It was a great place to hunker down for a couple days!”
+Very convenient to shops and the beach. The oven was really nice and we were able to cook dinner. Good building security. We also really liked the balcony, which was well protected from the high winds while we were there.
−Decor was a little sparse, but that was a very minor thing.

“The location and the apartments are decent, but there were quite a few details that spoiled the holiday mood”
+The location is quite good, close to the sea, but the apartments are on a hill, so going back and forth can be tiring (especially if you have mobility issues). The apartments are comfortable, but there were many things that needed fixing.
−Absolutely poor communication with the hosts: the communication channel was technically unreliable; they responded slowly and did not react to the listed issues. The refrigerator in the apartment barely worked, the main room blinds were broken, and the balcony (outdoor) furniture lacked cushions. The service staff didn’t communicate in English (they communicated in Russian among themselves), spent only 30 minutes (!) cleaning the apartment, and were late handing over the keys at the scheduled time (3 p.m.). Cleanliness and bedding hygiene (especially the warmer blankets) were questionable.

+Уютная квартира в 5 минутах ходьбы от набережной и улицы с большим количеством магазинов. Я легко припарковался в 100 метрах от дома на бесплатной парковке. Рекомендую.

“El apartamento pide una renovación ya...”

−Adjunto fotos, aparentemente parecía todo bien, pero al detalle, la nevera no funcionava, tiremos comida, el microondas estava oxidado por dentro, la persiana del comedor/sala estar no funcionava, el tendedero de ropa roto, no se mantenia en pie...un trapo de cocina lleno de pelos de perro, yo soy alérgica, nada que no esperavamos encontrar-nos con esto y es una pena porque el piso esta bien ubicado y bonito.

−Asunnossa ei ollut juomalaseja, joudumme ostamaan niitä ja jätimme ne asunnon seuraaville asukkaille. (Vuokranantaja ei vastannut kyselyymme!) Jääkaappi oli rikki, ei kylmennyt. Ruokaa meni pilalle. Huoneistossa ei ollut peittäviä verhoja. Naapuri asunnoista näkee sisälle.
