“Awful”
+Location
−The suite was not habitable. Very strong smell of damp. Balls of hair on the kitchen surface. The carpet was filthy and damp. The bathroom smelt like sewage. The second room was as the manager put it “their storage cupboard” bun beds and that’s it. The bunk bed sheets were dirty and looked they had been slept in. We’re changed after me asking twice. We stayed 1 night and had to find somewhere else. Photos are deceiving!

“We had a lovely time and was definitely worth the stay and we will be back again”
+The property was very clean and it was a big space . Was easy to get in and out it was black late .
−When we turned up we didn’t think we was at the right place as it looked nothing like the pictures. You was also waiting around for someone to come to the desk. But the room we stayed in was lovely .

−There was a plate under the bed that still had cannabis on. The place was freezing and damp and smelled horrible of damp. Bedding was wet as so damp. Its ashame as the apartment is really big and smart inside amd for the price its good

“Worst hotel ever!”
+The only good thing about the property was the location.
−We stayed in the ‘suite’. The pictures made it look amazing when in actual fact it was in the basement of the feathers hotel. The room was absolutely stinking of damp! The carpet could have got up and ran out the place itself! In the description it says the second bedroom has a sofa bed when in actual fact it’s the world’s smallest bunk beds! When we asked the manager Simon how to use the sofa bed in the living room it was the 2 pouffes that attached to the sofa! It was the most uncomfortable thing to lie on. But seriously the smell was on a different level, absolutely sickening! The manager Simon was also intoxicated for most of our stay and the noise from the hallway above was shocking!

“Health hazard”
+The room was fine in terms of layout and it was a good size,well lit,had what we needed to eat there and ticked all those boxes.close to part of Blackpool beach.
−The room had a bad damp problem and had mold in it in areas.it needs to be addressed as it's a health issue and I and my 10 month old baby left with coughs.the carpets were really dirty and when we moved the beds to try to put one against the wall(for babys safety) the carpet had old dried sick and you could see the difference in how dirty it was.should have a no shoes policy in there and cleaners wear those blue stretchy bags to keep to the no shoes rule .its a family room and any muck or anything else from the pavement just gets dragged through.that or carpet clean once a month with a shop bought hoover cleaner.You could smell mold and a dirty smell as soon as you got to the basement area.All our clothes felt wet when we went to leave and smelt...really upset we paid what we did and saved to stay here...

+Plenty of room. Beds were comfy. We could drop bags at reception when we arrived about 12.30, unfortunately reception wasn't manned for our checkin. Good location.
−Waited about 45 minutes to check in, as no-one in reception, even though we said we'd be there 3-4pm. Carpets felt damp under your feet, possibly cos it was in the cellar. Advise keeping shoes on.

−It was so unclean and had a bad smell. The toilet was blocked and the toilet brush just absolutely vile. Carpet and table side covered in bits.

+The suite we had was beautiful. Was very spacious and looked aesthetically pleasing. Nothing was too much trouble for Simon and he was very welcoming.
−Unfortunately the double double bedroom was very damp. The bedding felt quite damp so we had to put the heating on which resulted in us being roasting all night which is a shame because the beds were really comfy. There was also mould in the window which I know can happen in old buildings but unfortunately for me I am allergic to this mould.
