“Beautiful apartment in great location just steps away from the two main squares of Sibiu. Kitchen is very poorly equippe”
+The apartment is beautiful and true to pictures. Great location on quiet side of town just outside the two main squares. Good grocery store just 50m away and a cafe just steps away.
−The kitchen was ill-equipped and not well-suited for preparing meals. One plug in cook-top burner, one frying pan, one large pot. No cooking utensils provided (we bought and left a spatula). No bowls, no mugs for tea (only espresso and cappuccino cups), no drain board for dishes (which was surprising as there isn’t a dishwasher). Only two comfortable single chairs for sitting. Needs more chairs or a couch for sitting. The shower is beautiful, but has no door and is not sloped correctly so water easily and readily runs across the entire bathroom floor each time you shower.

−It’s a very bizarre set up… The bedroom is the main room. The second bedroom is off of the first bedroom and that is the only way into the kitchen! Would not have booked had we known this… If you’re staying with two couples, I would think this should be a consideration.

“An exquisite apartment in the heart of Sibiu!”
+A stylish decorated apartment in the heart of the beautiful city of Sibiu. Well equipped, including with a much appreciated coffee machine, making it ideal also for families. Fascinating reading on the history of Transylvania. Easy and cheap parking on the street outside (or parallel), with payment possible via a mobile phone application (for those without a Romanian mobile phone number).

+Die Lage ist super, das Haus ursprünglich und ausgefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig.
−Die Heizung lässt sich nur zentral schalten. Es geht also nicht, dass man das Badezimmer heizt und den Schlafraum nicht.

“Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage.”
+Die Lage ist top, die Wohnung liegt ca. 200 m neben dem großen Platz von Hermannstadt. Der Balkon ist klein und für ein Frühstück zu dritt und zum abendlichen Glas Wein trinken mit toller Aussicht sehr gut geeignet. Die Raumaufteilung (man muss immer durch ein Schlafzimmer gehen, wenn man in die Küche oder ins Bad möchte) hat für uns gepasst. Das Kochfeld haben wir nicht gebraucht, da wir die vielfältigen gastronomischen Möglichkeiten in Hermannstadt genutzt haben. Bezahlparkplätze gibt es auf der Straße und mit ganz viel Glück bekommt man auch einen. :)
−Für die Küchenausstattung hätten wir uns mehr Besteck, mehr Gläser und größere Tassen gewünscht.
