“A wonderful stay”
+The Farini House was such a wonderful place to stay in Modena. The lead up communication was great and we arrived with all the information needed for an effortless check in and access. The apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean with great amenities. The local was an easy walk from the train station as well as the market and museums / attractions. The great communication continued during and even post our stay. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

“Perfect location, very clean”
+Great location, good communication with the owner, very clean and comfortable. The staff also handled our rented car registration and provided step-by-step instructions how to enter the ZTL area to drop off our luggage

−No instruction manual : where to put rubbish ? There weren’t enough towels upon arrival. Had to wait till next afternoon No drying rack Nospare linen for long stay had to request No kettle/toaster Kitchen implements minimal No pot to cook pasta for 4 or a salad bowl The washing machine didn’t work upon arrival because it had been unplugged in an obscure place behind the kickboard . Several texts before doneone was finally sent out . Dishwasher filled with wrong soap so it bubbled everywhere Constant communication with host was only by text and very very slow to reply, often not referring to the questions you have asked . Rather questions were simply ‘were we having a good stay?’

“Enjoyable time”
+The location definitely helps, and it's perfect, right in the center, steps from everything. Everything was beautiful, new, and well-maintained. Each room had its own TV. The rooms are large with large wardrobes and plenty of space. Since we were only staying for a few days, we didn't need to cook, but if we wanted, there was a full kitchen with all the utensils.
−A very difficult thing but if I have to find a flaw, given that there is a washing machine I would have provided the washing machine detergent and a drying rack, because for a few days you don't buy it or you would never think of putting it in your suitcase.

+Just stayed for one night. We found it very difficult to park anywhere near the property, we were probably a mile away. We found access difficult, all instructions are given by WhatsApp. That it would be very difficult for you. Apartment was clean and tidy and very bright white walls. Good location for restaurants and nightlife, probably wouldn't stay there again because of the parking.
