“Lovely two-bedroom property close to the centre of the New Forest and an ideal location to explore.”
+Very nice 2-bedroom property, close to the heart of the New Forest. Ideal for exploring the area. Overall condition and facilities at the property were very good.
−A few cob webs around the doors and skylights but overall the property was very clean & tidy. Instructions regarding recycling (inc. food recycling) could be better). Car parking was a bit tight.

“The house was ideal for us as we had a busy 4 days and were out all day each day. It was good to come back to a great ho”
+Very clean and well equipped. Light and bright with great access to the garden and parking at the front of the house. Kitchen facilities are excellent. Great communication with the owner. The bathroom is of a high standard and the shower was great given we were staying during a heatwave.

“Would 100% stay again - beautiful cottage, great location and responsive hosts.”
+Fallow Cottage is beautiful and only a short 5 minute walk into central Lyndhurst. The welcome hamper was not expected and greatly appreciated and the hosts were extremely quick at responding and helpful. The cottage has everything you need and more and is beautifully decorated - felt at home. The hot water stopped working one day and within an hour or two it was back up and running thanks to the hosts being super responsive and dealing with the problem quickly and even leaving a bottle of fizz and biscuits as a sorry for the trouble.

“The perfect break”
+For a short break between three friends to spend time catching up, Fallow Cottage was perfect. The house is very comfortable, clean, relaxing and peaceful. The kitchen, with doors out to the lovely garden, was equipped with everything we needed together with a very generous complimentary welcome basket. Mark's (the owner) communication was friendly, helpful and professional. If you're looking to base yourself in Lyndhurst to explore the beautiful New Forest, then we would have no hesitation in recommending a stay in Fallow Cottage.
