“Nice place to relax and spend some days”
+The property is very nice and well located, close to Chocktown, where the most of attractions are located. Everything is nice in the cabin. It is very well equipped with everything you need to stay comfy and also to cook.
−The back porch could be better cleaned. There were a lot of dried tree leaves on there. The property pictures are are nicer than the reality

“This ain't it.”
+Cabin is pretty. Mostly private. Kitchen is nice and functional. Shower is great. Filtered water from the refrigerator is very good.
−While the cabin itself is a nice build and the secluded location is exactly what you’d expect for Broken Bow/Hochatown (bumpy, unpaved roads included), I highly recommend passing on this property. There are literally hundreds of nicer, cleaner cabins with hosts who actually care. The main issue was the glaring lack of cleanliness. The patio and windowsills were filthy. I don't just mean some fallen leaves and twigs on the patio either. It looked like nothing had been wiped down all season. The windowsills were a pretty impressive bug graveyard and covered in dust and dirt. I dropped my shaving cream under the bed and discovered it hadn’t seen a vacuum in years. When we mopped up a small spill upstairs, the towel came up black from the dirty floors. Worst of all was the couch, which was covered in stains and leftover crumbs. Communication with the host was equally frustrating. The hot tub filter was broken and eventually emitted an awful sulfur smell. The host promised to send someone to fix it, but as far as I know no one ever showed up. On the last evening of our stay, the power went out in town, which isn't the host's fault, but she took 4 hours to respond to us. By that time we'

“Beautiful cabin with nice hot tub and facilities. Would definitely stay again”

−The only thing that we didn’t like was that the living room furniture was not very comfortable, but that was a minor thing.

−I would trim up the trees on the fire pit area, it would open it up a lot more. Trees were low a growing in, would trim everything up and back to make space more inviting.

+The house was beautiful and well maintained. Our hosts provided everything we needed to have a comfy, cozy, romantic getaway, down to the spa which was heated prior to our arrival. The huge deck was a wonderful area to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sunshine while listening to the babbling brook below.
−The only downside was the unpaved road leading up to the property. There were several low spots that ended up muddy and filled with water after the recent rains. The tires on our sedan were caked with mud after going through a bad section of that road.

“This property was the perfect romantic getaway.”
+Everything was 10/10. Kitchen is beautiful. Views were perfect! It felt very private but still close to civilization.
−The one thing that may be an inconvenience for others is the mud puddles coming in, we were hesitant that we may get stuck but were able to drive right through it, & it probably isn’t a real big issue or I’m sure it would be filled in.

−Road to get there was extremely bumpy idk if a car would make it. Also no curtains so be ready to wake up soon as sun rises.
