+The Location is good: close to the beach, bus station. The flat was clean with all necessary amenities.
−The level of limescale in tap water is huge, we had sand in all our cups. If the host could provide a water filter, it would be great. The road from the property to the beach is a bit dangerous with cars go high speed.

“Decent stay, a bit pricy for what u get.”
+Owner is very polite and helpful. Beach is 3 minute walk. There are a lot of restaurants and beach bars. A lot of sports facilities available..basketball courts, tennis courts, ping pong, beach volleyball etc. apartment is small and cozy with quite big balcony.
−Not well stocked with appliances. All kitchen elements are broken. You have to walk all around the building to enter. You have to get lucky to get a parking spot.

+Very nice owner of the apartment. Always helpful with everything. We needed vacuum cleaner, she borrowed us her stuff for the whole day. Apartment very well located (3 minutes to Znjan Beach, opened this year), close to supermarkets, with an elevator (important for parents with a small child). Close to the bus stops, where you can reach to the city center in 15/20 minutes. Bathroom is clean, equipped with a washing machine. Kitchen well equipped as well, it's possible to cook every meal at home.
−The apartment is located right next to the street, so sometimes we could hear cars and motorcycles, but its wasn't that inconvenient.

“Very good”
+Budget apartment with a few minor drawbacks, but the kind host more than made up for them.
−Nearby beach was inaccessible due to construction, and the parking near the house was often full. Limited power consumption: with A/C and washing machine switching on the kettle trips circuit breaker.

“Comfortable apartment”
+The apartment was very comfortable, and host was friendly and helpful. Nice walk around the foreshore to the ferry terminal and old city.
−The closest beach is currently closed for a massive foreshore redevelopment. It is now a 600m walk to an accessible beach.

“Nice place to be”
+The apartment is nice and has all you need also including functional kitchen and washingmachine. The owner gave us many suggestions, what to see, where to eat. She also reply really quickly to your messages and make sure you have all you need at any time. Highly recommended
