“It really is fabulous”
+The apartment fully matches the photos. It had absolutely everything we could possibly need - even beach towels. There's plenty of space, everything is well-maintained and clean, making it a real pleasure to spend time there. The air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver in Palermo's weather conditions. It's close to all the main sights and restaurants - we walked almost everywhere. The stairs were a bit of a challenge, but not an issue for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

+Our stay in this apartment in Palermo was truly a great experience. The location is excellent - everything is close by, making it ideal for exploring the city and discovering its landmarks, restaurants, and atmosphere. Additionally, there is a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient for anyone who wants to visit other areas or go swimming in Mondello, Cefalù, or San Vito Lo Capo. The apartment itself is spacious, very clean, and well-equipped, so we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist and provide useful tips. We enjoyed every moment spent here and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended to anyone planning a visit to Palermo!

“Best apartment ever”
+I travel a lot, and this is one of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Yes, it’s located on the third floor without an elevator, but that’s what our legs are for. :) It even has two air-conditioning units, and the interior design is so thoughtfully done. It beautifully combines vintage charm and classic details with modern comfort. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, and the very heart of the city is only a 10-minute walk away. There’s also a large grocery store, cafés, and everything else you might need just around the corner. The apartment is much bigger than it appears in the photos, and it can comfortably accommodate four people if needed. I just want to emphasize the design once again: The beautiful original terrazzo flooring, wonderful vintage details, and the best of modern technology. It has absolutely everything you need! The hosts and staff were fantastic as well. Thank you! We’ll definitely be back. :)

“1 week in Palermo”
+Beautiful apartment, lovely furnishings and decor. All the equipment you will need, from kitchen to laundry to bathroom & bedroom. So much space! Plenty of storage, wardrobe, drawers, etc. Gorgeous big couch to relax on and a good dining room table for meals at home. Great to have a washing machine to catch up on laundry.

“Absolut empfehlen”
+Das ist wirklich eine gute Unterkunft, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Beachten Sie jedoch, dass sich die Wohnung im obersten Stockwerk befindet. Die Wohnung hatte im Grunde alles, was man für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt braucht. Nachts war es draußen manchmal etwas laut, aber das ist nicht die Schuld des Vermieters. Das Problem mit dem Müllrausbringen war etwas knifflig. Eigentlich hätte das gar nicht unser Problem sein sollen, da man den Müll abends und nicht auf der Straße rausbringen darf. Wir wurden gleich zu Beginn und auch bei unserer Abreise darauf hingewiesen. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.
−In der Dusche machte der Wassertank oder Boiler ständig Geräusche, sobald das Wasser aufgedreht wurde, egal ob es sich um die Küche handelte oder der Toilettenspülkasten gefüllt wurde.

“Bellissimo!”
+Fabulous flat had everything we needed for a comfortable five day stay including cooking equipment, a few basic spices/herbs and vegetable oil, washing machine, coffee machine. The bed was extremely comfy and the room (as well as living room) had air conditioning. The apartment is spacious and has beautiful decor. The location was fantastic, a short walk into the city centre with plenty of amenities nearby. A great base for exploring Palermo and surrounding areas. We would definitely come back in the future.
