“Poor, I can't recommend it.”
+The location is convenient to the centre of Budapest.
−The poor maintenance in general, leaking wash hand basin and evidence on the timber in the bathroom that it has been leaking for a long time. No TV despite it being advertised and photographed as a feature. Lack of instructions for the AC. Curtains so flimsy that they did not provide privacy.

−Very bad experience. We arrived after midnight and could not enter the apartment. The host never responded to messages or calls. We were left outside and only entered at 5 AM by chance. No WiFi was provided and there was no TV, although both were listed. Very poor communication and not reliable. I do not recommend this property.

+1.I like location. Property is near with some important locations and it is central off city. 2. I like Zhuszhy person who met us. She is very helpfull and explaind everything very clear. 3. I like the host becouse our checkin was at 16:00 but he gave us chance to make checkin in the morning at 12:00 thank you for that. It was really nice from you. I appriciate. 4. In the kitchen you can find some necessary staff also. In General it was really good. Thank you.
−1.There was noise in the morning from outside. Drilling, starting at 07:00 am. and it was not comfortable. We could not sleep.

+L’emplacement est vraiment top et le personnel réactif et sympathique. Nous étions très bien placées pour visiter Budapest. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps dehors à visiter et le logement était largement suffisant pour nos besoins.
−Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, pas de télévision comme indiqué dans l’annonce, l’aération de la salle de bain faisait beaucoup de bruit.

+Assolutamente niente.
−Struttura sporca, senza tv nonostante l’abbia fatto presente, tubo di scarico del lavandino bucato con sotto un piatto per non fare scolare l’acqua a terra, senza un armadio per potere sistemare i vestiti.

+Хороше розташування та транспортна розв'язка
−Зняли телевізор у номері перед заїздом, хоча на сайті зазначено, що він є. Попередили за годину до заїзду, що поламана сантехніка і якщо нам ок можливо її замінити, але ніхто так і не зв'язався з нами для заміни під час перебування, плюс була цвіль у ванній. Також на поверсі були ремонтні роботи всі 3 дні починаючи з 9:00, що так само заважало відпочинку через сильний шум.

−De kamer was slecht schoongemaakt. De badkamer was vies en alles lag vol met stof. Daarnaast was de tv niet aanwezig en hing er alleen een muurbeugel. Het bed was ook zeer oncomfortabel, het was nauwelijks een bed te noemen en leek meer op een bank.

−Llegamos a la hora establecida y el apartamento estaba sin limpiar del anterior huesped, además la estancia tenía un fuerte olor a tabaco que fue difícil de eliminar completamente. La cama, si se le puede llamar así, no era un colchón como tal, sino una especie de sofá muy duro. No había TV, solo se podía ver el cable colgando de la pared. El lavabo tenía un escape de agua que encharcaba el baño.
