+good location
−The listing stated that a hair dryer was included, but there was none in the accommodation during our stay. We contacted the host multiple times, and although they apologized, they were unable to provide one at all. This caused inconvenience as the amenity did not match the listing description. In addition, the bed frame was partially detached and unstable. I later noticed that a previous review from December mentioned the same issue. We stayed in February, which suggests that the problem had not been repaired or addressed. Overall, the property does not seem to be properly maintained, and the facilities do not fully match what is advertised.

+The location of the property is very good, close to public transport stops and within walking distance of the city’s metro, a park, and shops. The building is well secured, with access through three locked doors. The room itself is spacious, well-lit, and heated by an air conditioner, which worked efficiently enough for temperatures above zero. I’m not sure how it would perform in colder weather or when cooling is needed. There was sufficient hot water for both the kitchen and the bathroom, and the water pressure was good. The hob and oven were working, as well as the TV with various channels. There is also a large, convenient wardrobe.
−Unfortunately, what I didn’t like was significant enough to outweigh most of the positives. The bed was broken , the slats of the bed frame fell out immediately when I sat down. My attempts to put them back were unsuccessful, and the mattress is quite heavy for one person to lift, plus I didn’t have any tools. When I tried to contact the property owners the next morning, I received no response, even though I explained that the bed was unusable. Even on the other side of the bed, where I tried to sleep, the mattress bent and sank into the gap where the slats were missing, and on the opposite side it curved in a way that pushed me toward the lower end of the mattress. It was very uncomfortable, and sleeping is one of the main reasons people book accommodation. There were several other issues for which I also received no solution, apology, or any attempt at communication from the owner. The oven tray had been left uncleaned, and the entire oven smelled of spoiled food even after I cleaned it. The listing for a coffee machine was clearly misleading, as the machine did not work , the button was broken and unsafe to use. Unfortunately, there was no kettle either, so it was impossible to

“Dirty place and bad service”
+The location is good. There is a metro station, a bus stop, the park is near, the stadium, and the city center also.
−There was no key in the keybox an hour after the appointed hour. After calling the host he said that it'll be there soon. After 20min some guy went out from the same building, left the key and quickly ran away without saying a word. The room was dirty, there was trash, empty bottles, cockroaches (both dead and alive), mold in the wardrobe and there were no clean sheets. I called the host and his reply was that, because the key was missing the cleaners couldn't clean and now they are gone and there is nothing he can do. He promised compensation but didn't deliver even that. I'm not for the money, but that shows they don't care at all. All I needed was simply clean sheets but they failed with absolutely everything.
