“Lovely relaxing location and access to the beach, but the hotel is in need of some tlc.”
+Use of the facilities and breakfast at the adjacent sister hotel Aegean Palace was most beneficial to our stay.
−Accommodation was somewhat dated

“We were upgraded to Onym and our stay has been fantastic.”
+We booked Evdokia but were invited to choose to stay at their sister properties Aegean Palace or Onym Curated Villas. We chose Onym and it has been incredible in every way. Absolutely perfect.
−Nothing, our experience has been perfect.

“Great hotel on the beach”
+We arrived and were offer and upgrade to the neighbouring hotel, Aegan Palace free of charge. Both hotels looked really nice, but the rooms and the pool area of Aegan palace was betters. The breakfast at Aegan Palace was superb.

“Lovely location for restaurants and beaches, shame no bakeries nearby, and road very dusty here. Agia Anna have a hard r”
+Nice location, used the larger pool at Aegean Palace - always lots of sun loungers
−Electric kept going off. Seemed to be our block only, but always when getting ready to go out.

“Unclean. People living in the basement. Woken up every day early by the cleaning lady because she wants to clean.”
+Close to the beach and restaurants.
−Upon arrival we found a ball of hair beneath the supposedly clean pillow on the bed. When removing the pillowcase, the pillow below had huge yellow stains and blood on it. Really disgusting. The shower was also blocked and it leaked immediately the first time we took a shower, to such an extent that there was a lake that formed in the whole kitchen area and they had to call a plumber. The pillows and bed were very uncomfortable and hard. There were no adequate blinds on the windows and the light wakes you up early in the morning. We heard people played loud greek teary music and sang to it until late at night (coming from the basement?). We had to knock on the wall to hope that they stop. The cleaning lady wakes you up at 7-8 am knocking on the door because she wants to clean while you are inside. She did this every single day for our 7 day stay. No way you could relax and sleep in because you are on holiday!
