+It’s close to many beautiful beaches that can be reached on foot, and it has everything you need for a summer apartment. The owners are very friendly
−The beds are a bit old, and the double bed is very squeaky. I think it shouldn’t accommodate more than 4 people.

+nice accommodation, owners very nice and helpful, good location, nice beaches around, groceries, everything accessible by car, we were very satisfied, fully equipped kitchenette, clean environment, definitely recommended, we spent 10 nights there and we would definitely go back in the future and rent more apartments for the whole family :-)

−Rated as a 2 bedroom app with living, kitchen and bathroom, in fact it has just 1 bedroom and a bed in the midle of the livingroom infront of the sofa. Small bathroom with a small plastic folding door, almost no time hot water. In 4 days they never did the cleaning or taking the trash

“Very good stay in Ethnicks appartment!”
+Flat with free parking with two private terraces with seating and a huge common area for the whole complex with sofas and tables. The flat was very spacious, luminous (lots of window), with interesting decor and decoration (Spanish hacienda style), mosquito-proof windows, free-standing fan, equipped kitchen - kettle, pots, pans, dishes, coffee machine. The flat located a few steps across the street from the excellent beach - Latoura Beach and close to the small village of Ormos Panagias. Several bars and a shop nearby, Lidl and other markets in the town of Nikiti (6km). Great location for exploring the peninsula by car. Very nice host, waited for us at late check-in, responded quickly to our requests, questions and wishes - thank you very much! We would highly recommend staying at Ethnicks appartment!

+Το σπίτι ήταν πραγματικά πεντακάθαρο. Άνετο για 4μελή οικογένεια σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία. Ακριβώς απέναντι υπάρχει παραλία ιδανική για παιδιά. Η φιλοξενία των ιδιοκτητών και η ευγένεια τους μας έκανε θετική εντύπωση.

−В нашому номері були скрипучі ліжка. А в номері у батьків ліжка були чудові, нові.
