“UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE”
+We liked the security upon entering the property. They were very helpful in providing us the keys for a smooth transition to our apartment for our stay.
−Unfortunately, upon entering our apartment after one hour or so it was a nightmare. Everything looked clean and nice but I was wrong. I had a strange feeling to simply head over to the kitchen to check its counter top nearby to the stove area and found tons of small tiny bugs all over. We also found sound bugs near the bathroom counter top as well. We quickly put on our shoes and found ants on the floor too. Seeing ants on the floor I can let it pass because I’ve experienced that before so I wasn’t completely shocked but seeing small tiny bugs all over the stove top just made everything worse. I felted disgusted. I reached out to ESPACIO LUXURY and immediately told them the situation that we needed another apartment or a refund but they did not help us at all. They kept asking what’s wrong in the kitchen like “is something not working?” So I sent them the video recording of the small tiny bugs living all over the kitchen stove top area. I have all the messages and a video recording as proof. My fiancé also recorded the video as well. We sent over the video along with our messages regarding this urgent situation but they did nothing about it. We quickly checked out and unfortunately

“Broke down rooms with mold on the wall and bed bug”
+One of the worst hotel I have stayed at. Mold on the wall. Blood stains on the sheets. I had boked 3 night I arrived middle of the night and I sleept on the sofa as the bed was all covered in hair and blood stains. I check out the next day in the morning. The room was dirty with hairs all over. Lima has many good places to stay I would go somewhere else. Just anywhere else

“Empfehlenswert”
+Gut ausgestattetes Apartment in Barranco.

+this was the best location for seeing Barranco sites on foot and a short taxi to Miraflores. Loved the area and the apt was the nicest place I stayed my entire trip. I would definitely recommend especially if you would like to make some of your own food as it has a full kitchen.
