+You can not ask for a better position! so close to the center but still able to get to it with the car.we were able to park ~8 to 10 minutes from it. the whole place has been renewed and it has plenty of space. a/c was available in each room with its own thermostat and it was working perfectly. all went well!I would definitely recommend it!

+The location of the property was great. Walking distance to the famous beach and the down town. Very happy with the location.
−When we first walked into the house we all noticed a funny smell we associated it with it being so close to the sea. We got in late and we we’re getting ready for bed when we noticed black mold behind the bathroom door on the wall. Also, we noticed it on the wall in the shower around the fixtures and around the door. The next day we woke up I had a slight sore throat and headache and nasal congestion. I thought maybe it was our flight from Travel traveling. After further investigation, I found mold by the refrigerator on the wall in the broom closet along the wall and behind the microwave all along the wall that mold was black, white and fuzzy. The next day also woke up with a sore throat, sniffly nose, and headache. We attempted to contact the property to let them know. Hoping they would do the right thing and give us a refund. once I left the house for 24 hours, my sore throat went away. My headache was gone, and my allergies from the mold had gotten better. While the property itself and location were good. The apartment was not safe to stay in. I would not recommend anyone to stay in it. The owners need to do thorough mold remediation in order to keep its guests safe. A simple c

+The apartment is autentic but after modernisation it seems brand new. The apartment is quite large for 4-5 people, impressed by the separated bedrooms, big table for board party games, wide hall for watching TV (although no sense for watching TV when the city is more beautiful for walk..). Giusi who managed the rental was our personal „hostess”, she was always available and guides us if any support was needed,as: guiding, tourist info, parking issues, medical support.. We loved the place, it was a wonderful feeling at each morning with drinking the morning coffe and admiring the bright seeview.. The location is -I’d say- the best, the coast is just opposite, the main square is next to, and it’s in the middle between the 2 main and popular beach whith a few minutes walk. Large fridge, relative big dressing room, air conditions.. just several advantages which makes the holliday more comfotable.
−the floor creaks, it's loud at night. No window on in the bedrooms.

“Puikūs apartamentai”
+Vieta labai labai gera. Visai centre ir prie pat paplūdimių. Malonus šeimininkų bendravimas. Apartamentai tvarkingi su būtiniausiais daiktais ko gali prireikti. Puikiai veikė ir gelbėjo oro kondicionierius. Patogios lovos, gražus interjeras. Mums tikrai patiko ir grįžtume dar kartą.
−Šiek tiek triukšminga. Tame pačiame pastate yra baras iš kurio sklindanti muzika ir po to baldų stumdymas trugdė miegoti, bet tokia buvo tik viena naktis iš 4. Likusias naktis išsimiegojome puikiai. Buvo labai sunku išdžiovinti rankšluoščius ir maudymosi kostiumėlius, nes niekas nedžiuvo, tai būtų gerai, kad būtų galimybė įsijungti gyvatuką vonioje.

−Équipement cuisine très insuffisant Aucun produit pour faire le ménage et aucun kit de bienvenue peut tant d'amorcer le premier jour sans faire des courses immédiatement Literie vraiment très inconfortable (au point d'avoir le dos bloqué) Moyennement propre (notamment le sol) Pas de fenêtre hormis une minuscule dans une des chambres (une porte amène la lumière mais difficile d'aérer).
