+Nice and helpful host
−Quite a few things wrong which made the stay disappointing after we really wanted a nice comforting place to be for a couple of days - no working tv, no free/available parking (just street parking which is very difficult to secure), and water leaking from floor and tank. Really nice host but in the end we ended up not wanting to stay there.

“Great base for a short stay”
+We were in Shköder for one night before our trip to the mountains. It was the perfect base - right above the supermarket, 5 minutes from the old town and 5 minutes from where most buses arrive / depart. The apartment was comfortable, with all we needed including air conditioning and wifi. Highly recommend for travellers passing through.
−It was a little confusing to find. Follow the instructions and you’ll be okay. It is on the top floor of the building where the supermarket is - you need to go to the back alley to find the staircase. There is no signage but once you get to the top floor you’ll see a sign for Erik’s place

“Budget accommodation for 1 Night”
+Location of this appartment is excellent, close all shops, cafe, shopping and bus stop, also host is nice and responsive.
−Building is old, Biggest problem is that there is no elevator. So if you are travelling with kids or some one old, than its very hard to climb stairs for 5 floors.

−The apartment is on the 6th floor with no lift so just something to be aware of.

+Lit super confortable, emplacement parfait, appartement lumineux, rapport qualité/prix : correct
−Ménage très très sommaire.La douche coule plancher salle de bain, un peu de moisissure sur le carrelage de la douche, très peu de vaisselle, micro-ondes hors d’usage, bouilloire qui coule et qui s’effrite laissant de petites particules dans l’eau - au 5 ieme étages sans ascenseur. Hôte peu accommodant , on a laissé le paiement cash sur la table, on lui a demandé une prolongation de 2 heures pour notre « Check out », il a refusé , il voulait nous demander 10 euros supplémentaires !

+Ubytování bylo čisté a příjemné. Majitel byl komunikující a vstřícný. V kuchyni bych možná uvítala lepší pánvičku a více vybavení k vaření :D

“Apartamento amplio, cómodo y con muchas facilidades”
+El apartamento era amplio y cómodo. Tenía dos habitaciones con camas separadas (1 matrimonio y 2 individuales) aire acondicionado en ambas habitaciones y en el salón, lavadora y un comedor bastante espacioso. La cocina era un poco pequeña, pero tenía lo necesario, y el baño era grande. También disponía de detalles útiles como plancha para el pelo. El check-in fue muy sencillo y nos dieron muchas facilidades para acceder al alojamiento. Además, ofrecen varias opciones de pago, incluso mediante transferencia bancaria, lo que nos resultó muy cómodo.
−Las sartenes y las ollas no estaban del todo limpias. Además, la ducha no tragaba bien y el agua tardaba bastante en desaguar.

−Es un quinto sin ascensor, y yo no he visto que lo pusiera en el anuncio Tuve que aparcar en un parking los dos días , con el coste de 2000L , ya que es imposible aparcar en la calle
