+We stayed here with a family of three in August 2025. We received a friendly welcome from the host, who was very helpful and spoke good English. The apartment is super clean and well-maintained, very homely, and everything has been thought of to make it easy for guests. Zlatko provides a wealth of useful information that can be very helpful during your stay. He is always available for questions and responds quickly via the app. It's close to the beach and a 15-minute drive from the town center. We were very satisfied and recommend staying here to everyone. Thank you, Zlatko, for your hospitality, and see you soon.

“Loved it - would highly recommend”
+Fantastic location - just a 5-minute walk to cafes and shops, and a 15-minute downhill stroll to the beach. The apartment’s layout was excellent, with standout storage that easily fit four family-sized suitcases, keeping everything neatly out of sight. Plenty of space and very comfortable.
−We were on the top floor which was amazing for the view, however the building doesn’t have a lift which was a little challenging with young kids. In saying that I didn’t mind the exercise.

“A great stay in Split!”
+Host was very friendly, helping and welcoming. Location is outside of town, but Uber to town is 5-10€ Also the parking spot in the garage is a nice addition.
−Apartment is located in the top floor of the building and there is no elevator.

“Exceptional”
+I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Split, Croatia! The location was perfect, with supermarkets and a pizzeria nearby, making it very convenient. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights of my stay was the owner, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. When my child got sick, he drove to the pharmacy to get medicine, which was extremely helpful. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed and provided great local tips. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

+Apartamentul a fost foarte curat, dormitoarele confortabile, bucătăria foarte bine utilată. Gazda foarte amabila și deschisă la nevoile noastre. Parcarea in garaj reprezintă iarăși un mare plus. As reveni cu drag la aceasta cazare.
