+Very convenient location. We could walk everywhere
−We had to but toilet paper and dishwasher tablets. No extra garbage bags

−Were not able to use the oven( wouldn’t heat up) Two of the burners didn’t work Low water pressure for showers Bbq was very hard to cook on, needed a wind break Sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on

“Our stay was great and the property did provide the separation needed for family comfort.”
+The size of the property was as we wanted and the living spaces were comfortable, Location was good in terms of access to town. Heating was excellent and each group enjoyed the standard supplied. Large yard was great for children.
−WE needed to buy wine glasses as very few were supplied. Other kitchen needs were fine. Some platters and bowls were supplied with large chips, maybe a review of the cupboards and what is there would be great. Wondering why there is no closable front gate for small children considering the busy location

“We had a thoroughly enjoyable 4 nights at Encanto, it suited our 8 adults and 7 children perfectly.”
+The location was fantastic, walking distance to all supermarkets. Not much further to walk to the beach and restaurants. Having an ensuite for most of the bedrooms and queen beds gave everyone their own space. Very suited to our 4 couples and 7 kids. Lovely backyard to enjoy and allow the kids to runaround. The table tennis in the garage was great on the wet day Parking was great, all cars could park in the yard. Washing machine and dryer was a bonus.
−The lounge room is big enough to accommodate another couch as there is definitely not enough seating for the house that can accommodate 16 people. The outside bbq is rusty and needed to be cleaned and oiled before using, which we did and in the end we didn't use because of the weather. The sensor &/or security light that leads to the separate bungalow attached to the garage did not work. The TV in the bungalow did not allow to connect to terrestial stations although you could connect to streaming stations. The terrestrial stations tuning showed as being weak or no stations.
