“Loved our stay in the centre of Zadar.”
+We really liked the proximity to the old town and the size of apartment was quite large. It had everything we needed to make our stay fantastic. It is served by a lift even though it is only on the first floor. The person who came to meet us for check-in was very helpful.

“Good value for money, good location and friendly host. It’s basically a flat in a big block of other flats.”
+Very friendly host, mostly clean apartment and the location is really good (20 minutes) to old town.
−The cutlery wasn’t so clean and it was kind of “worn off” as well as iron. WiFi wasn’t working

+The appartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Martin, the host spoke English. It is a 10 to 15 min walk to the old town and to the city beach.

+Everything was good. The host was helpful, the location is very good. Close to the old town (walking distance), the street is very quiet at night, Kolovare and Karma beaches were not far away too, especially if you have a car. We had a car and there is a free parking right in front of the balcony, the AC worked, the kitchen had everything you may want except a microwave (would be better if there was one). Overall Zadar is a very nice town. We had a great pleasure to stay there. Looking forward to come back.

“Buena relación calidad-precio y con todo lo necesario para unos días. Anfitrión muy amable”
+El piso tiene todo el mobiliario nuevo y la cama es cómoda. En un edificio de la época Yugoslava pero tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse cómodo para unos días; y, en coche a 5 minutos del centro. El anfitrión muy amable y comunicativo
−La calefacción es mejorable, tiene un split en el salón que hace bastante ruido, quizás unos radiadores eléctricos ayudarían.

+Der Vermieter war sehr flexibel, da wir uns durch die Anreise verspätet haben. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Alles voll in Ordnung und unkompliziert. Nur ca 12 Min zu Fuß bis in die Altstadt.
−Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer, mit Türen auf ging es auch im Schlafzimmer mit den Temperaturen zum schlafen. Hitzewelle eben, kann der Vermieter auch nichts für.
