“Everything was perfect, and I can't wait to come back.”
+I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was comfortable, everything I needed was provided, and the host was friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond. I also loved the peaceful atmosphere, as well as the well-equipped gym and clean swimming pool, this made the stay even more memorable.

“Cheap things cost more in the long run”
+It was an entire one-bedroom so there was plenty of space. It is in a good neighbourhood. There’s security at the entrance and a coffee shop in the building next to the flat, so you don’t even have to leave the building to have breakfast. Easy and self check-in.
−I arrived to the reservation address, and the guards did not find my reservation; they call the host (thanks god, because the number I had available on booking didn’t work.. nobody answered it) and the host said they had all apartments full (overbooked?) in that building so they have to move me to another apartment in another building “close to this one”. They did that, although I had to pay the uber to move my things… When arrived to the other apartment, I was looking for the hair dryer, since all the attachments were there.. but there was no hair dryer… the host apologised for the situation and that was it… there was not a minimal discount for me for all the inconvenience caused. In summary.. the photos look good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired… “Cheap things cost more in the long run” they say

“Another fabulous stay - thanks to everyone”
+I had an absolutely magical stay in the staff with delightful. Great communication from the management company and the apartment was immaculately clean. The bed is really comfy and the bedding was very clean and perfect in every way. The kitchen is well appointed. There is a washing machine that works very well and a lovely balcony overlooking the city. Sadly I was there on business but I know that the gym is very good as is the swimming pool. The apartment is located very centrally in Nairobi and is very good on security with at least three or four guards on the front gate who don't let anyone in unless they have the right credentials. This is definitely my place to stay and it was my second or third visit. Thank you to everyone for making me so welcome
−Everything was perfect
