“Good villa with a garden, BBQ zone and owners”
+The villa offers 3 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with a living area, 2 bathrooms, and several balconies. Overall, we were pleased with the villa, as each room, including the common areas, had a working air conditioner. The presence of mosquito nets on all windows was highly convenient. The villa was clean upon our arrival, and during our 7-day stay, the towels and pillowcases were changed once, while the bed linens were not replaced. However, there was a washing machine and a dryer on the balcony. The Wi-Fi signal was not accessible on the second floor, while it worked well on the first floor. There was a barbecue area with all the necessary equipment. The kitchen was well-equipped with a good electric stove and oven, along with an ample supply of dishes, including oven-safe ones. We found everything we needed during our stay. Additionally, there were appliances such as a waffle maker and a coffee machine. However, the kettle did not work properly as it kept tripping the circuit breaker. The walk to the beach takes about 15 minutes, but the route lacks scenic views, with no sidewalks or shade. −It is important to note that you may not be the only ones in the house. The owners frequently appeared on the basement floor. During our week-long stay, there were instances where the owners left a large dog tied up around the house. While we are generally fond of animals, the dog was nervous about our presence and constantly barked. Furthermore, there was a situation where the owners had guests over, who spent time in the villa's courtyard. This could be acceptable if it was communicated and agreed upon, but in our case, we had rented the entire house and expected privacy. A few words about the town of Artemida (also known as Loutsa): it is located near the airport, and airplanes pass overhead with a frequency of approximately every 2 minutes, accompanied by the characteristic sound.

+Piękne morze i linia brzegowa ale bardzo zanieczyszczona, zaśmiecona
−Po przybyciu na miejsce uderzył nas rażący brud w lokalu, mnóstwo nieuprzątniętych nieczystości po poprzednich lokatorach, brudne zasłony i firany, kapy na sofach oraz koce, którymi się przykrywaliśmy były bardzo brudne, niewietrzone i nieprane przez kilka lat, zasłonka pod prysznicem w kolorze szaro-czarnym, nieprana od kilku lat; dywanik w łazience bardzo brudny i śmierdział moczem; niestety w dniu wyjazdu zdejmowałam z moją mamą pościel z łóżek skąd spod materaca wyskakiwały pluskwy (ogromne robaki które składają jaja, czyli żerują tam od lat); przez cały pobyt byliśmy pokryzieni przez insekty , cały czas mieliśmy wrażenie że jesteśmy pogryzieni przez komary, ale używaliśmy spirali na komary; niestety były to pluskwy; na miejscu dostałam zapalenia spojówek, ponieważ moja twarz była pokryziona przez pluskwy. Wszyscy byliśmy pogryzieni dzieci również. Niestety stan całego lokalu zagrażał zdrowiu i bezpieczeństwu mojemu oraz moich bliskich z uwagi na brud i pluskwy ukryte w materacach i ramach łóżka.

“Ich empfehle, Oikia Elisabeth für einen Familienurlaub zu besuchen.”
+Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Griechenland und im Οικια Elisabeth sehr genossen. Es war ein gemütliches Haus mit einem großen Garten, ideal zum Grillen. Der Strand war nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Unterwegs gab es viele kleine Läden, in denen man frisches Obst und Gemüse zu sehr günstigen Preisen kaufen konnte. Die wunderschöne Stadt Athen liegt ganz in der Nähe und bietet zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten (Zeustempel, Historisches Museum, Archäologisches Museum, Akropolis und vieles mehr). Von Artemis aus erreicht man Athen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in etwa einer Stunde. Ein Busticket kostet 1,20 Euro. Die Einheimischen waren sehr respektvoll und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Mike, der uns bei all unseren Fragen geholfen und für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gesorgt hat.

+Cazarea este foarte spațioasă, curata, gazdele foarte atente si primitoare. Gradina este placuta, cu spațiu verde si umbra, ideal pentru relaxare. Locatia este dotata cu spațiu de parcare in interiorul curții. Zona este linistita, ideala pentru familii. Fiecare camera este dotata cu aer condiționat si cu spatii de depozitare.
