“Lovely stay - would definitely come back!”
+The place was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The location is great, the bus stop is only 5 minutes away and takes you straight to the center of Bari in about 15 minutes. Super convenient if you want to stay in a quiet area but still be close to the city. The host was amazing! Our flight was delayed by 6 hours and she was so kind to wait for us until late at night. Not only that, but she even welcomed us with food, drinks, and a nice selection of pastries ready for breakfast the next morning. We really appreciated it! We had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

+I will definitely come back! The house not only had all the comforts, but we also found some focaccia and panzerotti together with a fridge packed with beer , juices, etc... What a wonderful host ❤️ 😍

+I usually never write reports, but this time I must do so. Ivanna and her whole family will let you feel like at home (even better). I booked this accomodation for 3 times and this is why: As a digital nomad working and travelling online I need a very quick and reliable internet- it was here. My dog was very happy too- you have a beautiful terrasse here- with a nice sofa and a coffee table, perfect for a coffee or a drink and there is also a little garden here. You can spend time in the sun here (and dry here your clothes) in privacy, the area is super quiet and the dog was also very safe here. The beautiful apartment is beautifully and modern equipped, you will find here everything you need for living, cooking and so much more. The apartment is huge, modern, very very very clean (no insects and I am very afraid of them while travelling), the air conditioning must be very new and in the kitchen you will find even mineral water, beer, soft drinks, same as sweets (dangerous for diet and yammy), coffee and a very good coffee machine, tea, milk, cooking equipment, high quality olive oil and so much more. +Apartamentai puikūs! Ramioje vietoje, labai erdvūs, švarūs ir gerai įrengti. Turėjome visą reikalingą įrangą, įvairaus pasirinkimo higienos priemones. Buvome aprūpinti gaiviaisiais gėrimais, kava, taip pat produktais pusryčiams. Turėjome jaukų asmeninį kiemelį. Prie apartamentų yra didelė automobilių stovėjimo aikštelė ir joje visada buvo laisvos vietos. Patogu aplankyti Materą.

“Indimenticabile”
+Prima di parlare dello splendido appartamento, non posso non spendere due parole per la proprietaria Signora Ivanna, persona rara, di una gentilezza unica, sempre sorridente e disponibile. L'appartamento, semplicemente incredibile, ha a disposizione dei viaggiatori una cucina attrezzatissima di tutto. E' presente una macchina per il caffe, la signora Ivanna ci ha lasciato una scatola grande di cialde ancora sigillata. In casa c'è la lavatrice, il phon, il ferro da stiro, una TV schermo enorme, ect.... La mattina, al risveglio, ti aspettano una varietà di prodotti per la colazione da gustare nella terrazza davanti casa. Il frigorifero è pieno di bevande per tutti i gusti, due casse d'acqua di riserva, e in bagno una grande varietà di prodotti. Letto super e divano grande e comodissimo. Che dire di più? Viaggio molto e non ho mai e dico mai trovato un'accoglienza di questo livello. 5 stelle sono poche, ritorneremo a maggio 2026 e ogni volta che ci troveremo a Bari, immancabilmente. Dimenticavo, c'è un gran silenzio nella zona e tutto ciò non guasta quando vai a riposare..... Grazie di cuore Ivanna per la tua gentilezza. A presto Simonetta e Bruno

“Appartement extrêmement agréable”
+Quel accueil ! La gentillesse de la propriétaire qui nous a offert des produits de la région; nous avons pu en faire notre dîner... L'appartement est extrêmement bien équipé et meublé, très confortable et parfaitement propre. Des boissons sont à disposition dans le réfrigérateur et un placard contient tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner . C'est la première fois que nous trouvons une telle profusion dans une location ! Le stationnement gratuit est juste au coin de la petite rue très calme et il est facile de rejoindre la route pour découvrir la belle région des Pouilles.

“Izpolnila sva vsa pričakovanja bivanja na lepi lokaciji in v lepi deželi.”
+Gostiteljica je poskrbela za zajtrk in za lokalne dobrote. Bila je tudi na razpolago za informacije in pomoč. Lokacija je bila skladna z izbiro, izven centra mesta vendar blizu glavnih prometnic. Bivališče je sodobno, čisto in zasebno z lepo teraso. Priporočam za pare.

“Perfetta con lode!!!”
+La miglior esperienza di sempre. Casa accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort, curata nei minimi dettagli, arredata con cura con mobili e accessori tutti nuovi. Composta da un grande monolocale con divano letto comodissimo e lettino singolo, accuratamente preparati. Bagno con doccia spaziosa. Armadiature ampie, lavanderia e cucina completa di tutto. Nonostante sia un seminterrato è luminoso e arioso. Spazio esterno bellissimo e piacevole. Presente parcheggio privato nel cortile interno. Host deliziosa e premurosa nei nostri confronti.
