“Great place for rovinj”
+Location was very good. It’s also close to car roads - making it a shorter walk from car to the place. It’s on ground floor so no stairs to get in. Albeit it’s by the walking street it is very quiet at night. Inside: spacious and well designed and functional living areas; sufficient lighting. kitchenette works well too. Bathroom is also spacious , hot water system and laundry functions well. The whole place is clean and just as the pictures shown.

−The property is located 1.4km from the car parking yet, they mentioned it is with car parking When I contacted the owner she told me to get a taxi, its not her problem was very rude and I left the property and booked in a hotel

“Liked the place , only small details can be improved.”
+On the first floor- is comfortable. In a good calm, not noisy place. Has washing machine , which we needed. Very close 3 min to city center and 5-7 min to Beluota beach, 20 min walk to Mulini beach.
−Cold floor. Need new and more bedsheets.

−The bed is not super comfortable and the walls are quite thin. We heard a lot of noise from above (loud footsteps) when trying to fall asleep.

−Parking was a bit messy because it’s not right by but the apartment is so good that it’s not a problem

+A szállás rendben volt, tiszta és jól felszerelt. Remek környéken, az óvárosban, minden sétatávolságra. Rövid tartózkodásunkra teljesen megfelelt.
−Sajnos a korábbi visszajelzések alapján arra számítottunk, hogy a tulajdonos személyesen fogad bennünket, de ez nem így történt, csak a kulcsot tudtuk átvenni a kulcsszéfből. A szállásadóval nem találkoztunk. A szállás leírásából nem derült ki, hogy az apartman közvetlenül az utcáról nyílik, és minden zaj behallatszik, a szoba ajtaja előtt járkálnak a járókelők. Aki nagyobb intimitásra vágyik, válasszon inkább másik szállást. A felajánlott ingyenes parkolóhely nagyon messze van, nem vettük igénybe (nem is tudtuk volna, mert nem kaptuk meg a pontos címet).

“Sehr gut hat uns gefallen es waren Kleinigkeiten die gestört haben”
+Das Ort war sehr gut nah ans Wasser die Betten waren gut es war generell sehr angenehm und super dort. Es war direkt in Altstadt wenn du was brauchtest könntest du es schnell holen und wenn du schwimmen wolltest war es auch nur 6 min entfernt
−Sehr sehr schwachen wlan das Internet dort war nicht gut und von Parkplatz bis zu der Wohnung war auch weit aber lag auch daran das die Wohnung in Altstadt lag
