+The view, the pool, the garden, the privacy, beds room and bathrooms. All fantastic and 🤩

“Excellent, responsive owner and lovely houses to holiday in!”
+The owner was fantastic. Anything we asked he sorted out and there were a few issues but I cannot fault his service. Lots of towels available and replacements. Overall lovely properties and great swimming pools. Small local food shops nearby, buses easy to get around.
−We stayed at two different houses as the beds weren’t correct layout in the first one. Both properties had a lot of ants but seems to be everywhere has an ant problem. The first house was very new and lovely with en-suites in every room, the second property was larger but older and only one main bathroom upstairs which had no working lock on the door.

−The property was not clean. Previous visitors clothes left in wardrobe, sunglasses and lollipops left behind fixed seating. Kitchenware and cutlery dirty due to dishwasher not working properly (when reported Staff blamed on dirty filter and wouldn’t change it as “to near end of season”!). Main entrance lock not securing on arrival, subsequently fixed when reported. Debris in pool on arrival, pool man visited mid stay for all of 20 minutes. No gardener and outside patio not cleaned during entire stay. Cleaning Staff dried bedroom laundry on wall outside villa! The patio wall to bedroom 1 and the rear boundary fencing was not secure / damaged, providing open access to the villa.

“Perfection”
+Everything was sooo amazing! The villa is comfortable, clean, spacious, had all the things a family might need for a short or long stay. We felt at home, the view of the sea and the mountain behind is out of this world! The kids loved the goats we were surrounded by, they loved the pool, the several outdoor seating areas ... just amazing!! Location is perfect - walking distance to Pefkos, 10 min drive to Lindos, but peaceful enough not to hear any of the hustle from town! I will 100% be back!
−I can't fault it. The only thing I would have liked to see is some board games for those rainy days!!

“Fab stay & would recommend”
+The size and decor are fabulous, we stayed in 2 of the villas (planned) so there is slight variation in decor (and our second was less accessible for the goats- the second was a bit better condition overall). Pool is generously sized. BBQ area perfect. We didn’t mind about the walk into Pefki & got our steps in daily. The views are stunning.
−The cleaning arrangement. We have done villa stays before in Greece to similar standard with daily cleans. We had fairly frequent towel changes but would have preferred a structured clean every two days or so (not a full bed change but general). A few regular size plates would be helpful too.

“Exceeded expectations.”
+Elements exceeded our expectations. Place was big, airy and very comfortable but the real star was the pool and the view. 5 minutes walk to nearest shops and restaurants and 15 minutes to Pefkos.

“Chilled stay in Rhodes”
+Nice view, lovely big private pool, good air conditioning, frequent provision of towels including beach towels, privacy, away from crowds and yet close to supermarkets and restaurants, water in the fridge upon our arrival, direct messaging with the owner and responsiveness to requests and fast problem resolution, car garage for the villa
−Ants everywhere, wild goats daily visits to drink from the pool and leaving droppings around the premises, lack of and dirty kitchen equipments and cutlery, poor ventilation of the ground floor bathroom, no housekeeping during the week of our stay

+Perfect place to relax and unwind! A spacious and comfortable villa in a beautiful natural setting, with breathtaking sea views. Plenty of space both inside and outside, a clean and well-maintained pool and garden, beautifully lit in the evening. Easy access and a very comfortable stay. The private garage was a great bonus. We loved exploring the beautiful surroundings and nearby places by car. Highly recommended for a peaceful and relaxing holiday!
