“Beautiful chalet with great ski access, but lacking convenience”
+The chalet was very spacious, and each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom, which is ideal for a large group. It was very clean, with a modern style throughout. There was a ski room where we could store our equipment, and the ski-in/ski-out access was very convenient as it meant we didn’t have to carry skis to the lifts. The kitchen was well-equipped with all necessary utensils (we even managed to make tiramisu) which made it great for cooking as a group. Andreia was very friendly and extremely helpful with the luggage, and she gave us an introduction to the house. Lukas and Jessica were also very responsive throughout our stay.
−We expected better hospitality in terms of guidance and small touches, even though the hosts were responsive and communicative. For example, it would have been helpful to include a booklet with instructions (such as noting that there is a switch to turn on the lights along the path, as you need to walk for around 14 minutes in the dark to reach the chalet). It would also have been a nice gesture to provide some welcoming snacks or drinks in the fridge, as we have experienced in other stays. We found the selling products (drinks and clothing in the ski room) a bit off-putting. Additionally, two of our friends arrived a day later, and we were required to pay for their transfer to the chalet. This did not feel particularly hospitable. The location was also not ideal. While it is at the end of the slope and allows for ski-in/ski-out access, it may not suit everyone. We were a group of young friends, but it would be challenging for elderly guests or families with toddlers, as reaching the chalet involves a 14-minute uphill walk. It is also quite isolated, which makes grocery shopping inconvenient (the nearest supermarket is about a 25-minute walk away). Lastly, the checkout was at 9am w

+Lovely chalet right next to the slopes. Great hosts and communication. As communicated, the hill up to the chalet can be a bit challenging for some. We had a great stay and would love to visit again!

+Just wanted to say thank you for the amazing stay at the chalet, everything was perfect, the comfort, the service, the atmosphere. Special thanks for bringing the skis as well, we really appreciate it. The only small thing was that we didn’t realize beforehand that getting to the chalet requires quite a proper walk uphill, but on the other hand it has its charm, you put on your skis and ride straight down the slope, which is fantastic. Inside the chalet everything was great, it has absolutely everything you need, very cozy and well organized, and any small issues were resolved quickly and efficiently, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again, thank you so much.

“We absolutely loved the chalet and would stay here again!”
+Location was exceptional for ski on ski off. There is a walk to the village but it's not far at all and you can easily get an electric taxi that gets you quite close to the chalet. The chalet itself was gorgeous and well appointed - super clean, one bathroom for every room, very comfortable.

+Everthing! It is an exceptional Chalet with ensuit rooms so everyone can have their comfort. Kitchen is stocked with all the items that we needed so we could have a relaxed time. Location is on a private property so you can have your own privacy.

+We had a wonderful stay at this chalet. It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The rooms were bright and welcoming, and the view from the windows was beautiful. It’s the perfect place for families. Peaceful, well-equipped, and close to nature. We truly appreciated how well everything was maintained and thoughtfully arranged.
