+Fantastic apartment! It is extremely comfortable, with very well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and lovely balconies. Collecting the keys from the lockbox was easy, and all the instructions were communicated very clearly in advance. We had a wonderful stay.
−The apartment is quite remote, but since we travelled by car, this wasn’t a problem for us.

“Perfect place to be near Kalamata”
+Very cozy and easy to stay appartment. The hosts are really nice and helping, we cannot thank them more for all. It is located very near Kalamata, whithin some other little constructions. The environment is familiar and relaxing but you will need a car to get there. It has all you might need, all working in good condition. Spacious, comfortable, clean. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, all rooms with window and balcony, large kitchen and a main room with a big terrace with good furniture. There is an air conditioning machine in the living room and another one in one of the rooms, both are more than enough to keep a cool ambience. It is difficult to find something that we did not like. It was the best place for a perfect stay.
−The water pressure is a bit low, specially when there are the two showers working or a shower and the washing machine. It was not a bit problem though, nothing that couldn't be solved with a bit of order. Another funny thing is that you have to be prepared to be woken up by the noise of hens and roosters that sing hapily. They are in the vicinity and do not stop. It was very nice listening to them and the second day we got used to it and never became a problem.

+Lovely accommodation, very clean , balcony on all rooms with some beautiful views, Quite remote but that contributed to the beautiful views. 20 min walk to main road where taxis where available at reasonable prices to take to beach etc.

+Very big property with lots of balconies, and the main terrace is very nice.
−The house is quite far into the outskirts so a car is definitely needed. But when you’re looking for a quiet retreat this is a good thing.

+Appartement vraiment très confortable, très bien équipé, bien situé et surtout l’accueil de Maria qui est une personne très attentionnée et très professionnelle. Si vous venez dans le Péloponnèse, c’est ici qu’il faut réserver : un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel

+L’appartement est confortable et permet des journées de visites différentes A 6 kms de Kalamata en campagne très tranquille à proximité de la mer plage de Bouka pour se baigner à l’Est de Kalamata Messini site archéologique à ne pas manquer Magnifique A l’Ouest de Kalamata à visiter le très beau village de Agios Nicholeos A Kalamata marché le mercredi et samedi matin Très intéressant
