“We have stayed in many apartments in The Canary Islands. This has been our worst experience.”
+The apartment layout is quite good. Most utilities and supplies were good.
−The complex seems to be in transition. Some apartments have been restored, some are being refurbished, while some are very grubby and neglected, especially near the pool area! The picture of the pool is totally misleading, it must have been taken years ago. There is new, rough, unfinished concrete all around the pool area. There are open trenches on two sides of the pool where pipes have been laid uncovered!!! Most of the gardens are ok, but there are still neglected parts. The bathroom does not have a window or an Expelair. The passive vents do not work. There was no onsite representation.

−The only downside would be the pool, not too clean, and lots of flies .. I'm not sure if the filter was on Other than that everything was good 👍

“SORPRESA SORPRESA!”
+Lo único que me gusto ,es la ubicación del alojamiento. Tienes cerca la playa, restaurantes , cafeterías ,supermercados tiendas varias!
−lo que no me gusto del apartamento es que el día que llegue tuve que llamar para que dieron el código para poder coger la llave y entrar ya que no me lo habían enviado. Supuestamente lo iban a enviar antes de la llegada! Por mi sorpresa y decepción no tuvimos piscina ya que se encontraba en obras! Me puse en contacto con el alojamiento para que me diera una opción o una compensación por no tener el servicio que contrate y la respuesta por parte de ellos dejo mucho que desear ya que no hubo ninguna compensación ni respuesta, hasta que me puse en contacto con los de Booking, que por cierto muy bien!! La única respuesta por parte del anfitrión fue un mensaje con disculpa ya que entendían mi frustración y la de mi niño y que ellos no lo sabían lo de las obras ,vaya como que no era su culpa ..y que supuestamente se iban a poner en contacto conmigo para una solución /compensación el día siguiente ,pero por desgracia no fue así!!!A día de hoy sigo esperando por la solución! Desde luego, lo que mas me cabrea es que anuncian y cobran por algo que no va a existir en tu pack contratado y que te toman por tonta!!! Pedí como favor que me dejaran salir a las 13:30h y bien que me contestaron rapi

+Tout, appartement bien situé, balcon bien orienté, Stationnement facile à proximité, équipements intérieurs et extérieurs parfaits, de très bons échanges avec le propriétaire, nous recommandons sans problème. Proche des commerces, et de la plage.

+Volledig ingericht appartement met zelfs eemn wasmachine
−Er was geen schoonmaak. Dat stond nergens vermeld. Gasten lieten regelmatig de toegangsdeur tot het complex open. Er was geen personeel/bewaking dus net prettig
