10.0“Lovely cosy cottage”
+We loved our stay here with our dogs. I'd contacted the host to make sure it was ok to bring them both and got the ok from them. The house itself was very old and quirky which I love. The heating worked well as temperatures dropped during our stay. Self check in was really straight forward. Everything all clean and fresh. The dogs loved mooching about in the garden (fully enclosed). We used the house as a base to see family and it was perfect 😊 very quiet and peaceful at night! Huge bed too which was comfortable
−Nothing. It was perfect for us and we'd love to stay again

7.0“Six out of Ten”
+Location. Walking distance to everywhere we needed to be. Beautiful farm walks. Loved being able to sit in the back garden. Crondall is fabulous.
−The whole house needs a good spring clean. General maintenance and garden need attention. Basic cleaning products, bin bags and cloths could have been left. Only 3 hangers in the cupboard. Simple things make a big difference.

8.0“Beautiful Crondall”
+We loved quantness of cottage and crondall ,very beautiful, and so loved garden
−Their seems problem with front door having a snib on it ,as locked out and helped by restuarant across the road, and not the first time they have helped people in cottage.Thay need remove snib so clients don't get locked out,and does not close on them, and supply 2 keys front door

8.0“We had a lovely relaxing time”
+Easy to find the house and very easy to collect keys. The house was beautiful and steeped in history. The house was clean and we had enough kitchen equipment to cook meals..

5.0+Location
−There were several issues with our stay, not least with being given the wrong entry door code. Luckily we didn't arrive in the middle of the night. However the owners were quick to act and do their best to resolve. Quite an expensive stay for condition of property.

6.0“Decided to cut our stay short due to the inaccessibility of the shower.”
+Location in centre of village.
−Had to go downstairs and through lounge and kitchen to get to toilet if needed in middle of night. Bath sides very high when stepping in to access shower. A grab rail would have been helpful.

9.0“Very cosy.”
+Cosy and easy to get warm. Very comfy bedroom and good equipment. The garden was pretty too and the pub just across the road is excellent (food and atmosphere), although it does get very busy on Saturday nights.
−Low ceilings: The 'warning' tassel hanging down in low doorways was ingenious, but I could have done with one in the kitchen too, as I kept banging my head.

+Cute, historic, incredible location, all necessary equipment provided, gorgeous little garden.
−Was a bit chilly in the evening… there is a gas fire but we were unable to get it to light.
