“It's very comfortable and convenient place/”
+We booked Edwin Villa for 9 nights. Everything was perfect. In spite of coming very late, the host met us at once, without any hesitation, he explained us everything and helped accomodated. Also he provided us the closed-looked parking place near the house, to avoid the damage the car. The Villa is situated in the center of the city Trincomalee. The beaches are near, but it's better to go there by car, because it would be hand free, to choose some beaches ... The Villa itself is very comfortable - A/C in the rooms, kitchen is adjusted well (fridge, gas stove, all necessary tableware), the hot water in the bathroom. The host is very friendly and attentive person, and the same time he didn't disturb us in small cases. I should say this houlse for whom, who likes and appriciates nature, ocean and free rest, without any noise of big city.

+Breakfast was not inlcuded. The Apartment was well equipped. Very clean. Well maintained.
−One bedroom cramped as the beds were too big. Main bathroom good size. Two bedrooms had attached bathrooms but very small. Main Bathroom good size. Area smells bad due to the open drainage channels. House is fine. Area smells due to open drainages

+it was a pleasant and warm to stay there and they all were very good in hosting us like a fam members. they are very help full for any needs. They are very kind and supportive. the location was quite good for easee off access to trinco town and be very quiet place.

“Nice stay in Trinco”
+We had a nice stay at Edwin Villa! The people are very friendly and welcoming. It was really convenient to be able to wash our clothes ourselves during our stay. The big rooftop is a perfect spot to sit outside and relax, and the Wi-Fi works really well. Good AC in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. Overall a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.
−The location is on a narrow street, which made it challenging to park our van. The beds were smaller than expected, and the living room didn’t have air conditioning. Since the property is right next to the street, there was occasional noise. No dealbreakers but just to be aware of it.

+We really enjoyed our stay at this rental house. The apartment was clean, well-kept, and looked just like the photos. The rooms were neat and comfortable. The owner was very polite and friendly, which made us feel welcome and at ease. It’s an ideal place for families, especially those traveling with babies. The kitchen was fully functional and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and definitely worth the price. Highly recommended.

+I had a great stay at Edwin Villa! The property is very clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The service was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They provided drinking water and also offered washing facilities, which was really convenient. The rooftop is very nice , perfect for relaxing and also great for drying clothes easily. It's conveniently located right in Trincomalee town, making it easy to access all major attractions in the area. The overall experience felt more like staying in a hotel than a guesthouse. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Trinco!
