“Great choice to see Killarney and surrounding areas.”
+It was an authentic experience making us feel more like locals than tourists. The property was extremely clean and had everything we needed. There were many extras as well, our favorite were the snack baskets. The host was amazing, he was attentive and extremely helpful. The location was fantastic, easy access to groceries and downtown. Plus easy access to main roads to get to local sites.
−The bathroom was very small, however, that would not stop me from staying again.

“A very pleasant stay and an exceptionally gracious host.”
+Excellent location--within easy walking distance to Killarney town and shops. Landlord was very helpful and attentive to our needs.
−The weather was unusually hot and the house does not have AC. Problem could be fixed by installing fans which we understand the host tried to obtain but they were unavailable at the time.

“Great location and great house.”
+This house is great and the host is very accommodating. The location was great for walking to downtown, there is a grocery store just down the road and parking was convenient. Price was quite fair.
−No issues.

“The house, cleanliness, location, food + ambiance were perfect. Thoroughly loved our time there.”
+The house was immaculately clean. The attention to detail in the decor was impressive. The snacks and breakfast offering were perfect for our group. The location both proximity to town centre and the bypass was superb. We loved our stay and will return again.
−Can't think of anything. House and host perfect.

“Perfect stay in Killarney”
+This is a perfect private place to stay when visiting Killarney or the surrounding areas. I booked the house for 3 night's and it worked out as a perfect place to stay after a day visiting different parts of the county. James met us on arrival and after a nice chat left us to our own devices. The house is compact, but cosy and spotlessly clean. It is ideally located within a 5 minute walk from the main street in Killarney one direction and a lidl the other so it couldn't be more perfect. I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it. 5 star's.

“Cosy, clean and a great location.”
+We absolutely loved our time here. The home was pristine and cosy, situated in an excellent location. The walk into town is very manageable, even my elderly mother-in-law found it easy to do. James went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, stocking the kitchen with snacks and fresh milk for us. It was a truly lovely experience and we would happily stay again.
−I wouldn't change a thing.
