“Apt right on top of an Ale Hop. Noisy at times. No balcony as advertised. We would NOT stay again.”
+Great seafront location with parking in the basement which is walkable to most everywhere. We like having two bathrooms. The master bedroom mattress was comfortable.
−We were expecting a balcony as shown in the photo of the ad. There was NO BALCONY. Extremely disappointing. WE WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED HAD WE KNOWN THERE WAS NOT A BALCONY. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

−Some minor noise from street cleaning and garbage collection in the early morning hours.

+The location was fabulous, we couldnt get better and the accomodation very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Our host Conrad was very welcoming and went above and beyond in terms of being helpful, collecting us both at and taking us back to the bus terminal.

+The apartment is excellent and I can't fault it, it's better than the photos! We had everything we needed for a week in Tossa..Conrad gives excellent service with great communication from the point we made the booking through to when we left and was always quick to respond to messages. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is open to the lounge and is well appointed with plenty of plates, glasses, cups, cutlery and cooking pans. The views from the balcony over the beach to the fort are lovely. The apartment is right next to the beach with plenty of restaurants and bars close by, and there's a supermarket opposite the building. Amazingly you don't hear noise from the street when the windows/doors are closed. The apartment has aircon in the lounge and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We didn't have a problem with this and were comfortable in the apartment when it was boiling outside. We'd love to stay here again.
−There is a parking bay in the basement of the building. The bays are narrow and there are lots of concrete columns to navigate. It's manageable but take it slowly down there.

+Locatie is geweldig. Host Conrad was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartement was ruim, zeer schoon.
−Het kan lawaaierig zijn door de enkele beglazing in het appartement. Er is airco in de living maar de slaapkamers bleven erg warm.
