“Home away from home.”
+Spacious accomodation for a group with all updated amenities- even an unexpected ( and very much appreciated) washing machine. It was a home away from home in a beautiful setting. The interiors were very pleasant.
−The only negative of this property was the mattresses and pillows- comments expressed by all four.

“Not even close to worth what the host is charging”
+Centrally located and in an older building with stone.
−Payed for a one bedroom, got a studio. Hosts tried to force completion of an online form before receiving access. Shower handle falls off when used. Shower pan missing silicone and dirty around perimeter. Bed is unusually noisy, loud enough that one person wakes up when the other turns in the bed. Apartment is poorly insulated and sits above noisy restaurants.

+2 floor apartment provided ample space for our family of four. Each bedroom had a bathroom upstairs and there was an extra bathroom downstairs. Big kitchen and lots of space. The views of Santa Luzia can be seen from many windows throughout the home. Location was also very convenient.
−The tenant is responsible for throwing out the garbage. That is the only negative. Everything else was excellent. Note: the suggested covered, paid parking lot was extremely expensive. 4.80Euros charged every two hours. For two nights we paid 66Euros for parking. You are better off paying in the free lot suggested near the marina.

−Tiny things… the shower leaks slightly and the tap was loose in the bathtub.

“Fab place.”
+Location great, clean, comfortable, air con. Our air b and b fell through at the last minute, due to a structural problem. Found this on line. The owner responded very quickly and saved the day.

“Agradable, céntrico y un poco caro”

−Este año ha sido muy caro, fuimos en el 2023 por menos de la mitad de lo que costó este año y no había nada nuevo para encarecer tanto. Estaban los mismos electrodomésticos y vajilla. Costó dormir por el polvo del dormitorio.

“Pěkné ubytování se třemi koupelnami”
+Tři koupelny jsou pro větší rodinu naprosto úžasné. :-) Dobrá lokalita s výhledem na moře.
−Komunikace s vlastníky mohla být lepší, ale chyba byla částečně i na mé straně. Je potřeba vyplnit formulář, který ale před příjezdem nebyl dostupný.

+Appartement lumineux très bien situé si on veux rester en ville. Literie confortable.
−Ménage vraiment très succin à notre arrivée. Il n'y a pas de chaises ni de portant pour les vêtements dans la chambre ni salle de bain. Pas de possibilités pour faire sécher des vêtements, aucun endroit pour accrocher un petit sèche linge.
