“Quirky apartment”
+It's a quiet building in a good location, just one block from the sea. The security staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and quirky. The remote controlled blinds were good, so you could open them and watch the sunrise without getting out of bed. The roof of the building is a nice place to see the sunset over the sea. The apartment has a great city view. It was good to have two small dip pools on the roof. It would be even better if one had a little bit of shade as the sun is so strong.
−It's described as having a sea view, it doesn't, except from the roof of the building. It has a great view of the hills and the city instead. The street can be noisy at night and the room is very loud because they don't like you to turn off the air-con. It's ok if you bring earplugs. It's minor but there were lots of gadgets in the kitchen and no kettle just a coffee machine. Toiletries are scarce too, a tiny bottle of shampoo, no conditioner and a near empty bottle of shower gel.

+Los espacios abiertos, la atención del personal, los desayunos tipo buffet.
−En las cabañas el servicio de internet es de mala calidad, para solicitar traslado o un servicio a cabaña se debe comunicar desde el celular, en caso de una eventualidad en las cabañas sin señal de internet o datos no es posible comunicarse con el personal de Luxe. Están en adecuaciones en la vía a cabañas y varias veces dejaron material alto que impedía el paso a la cabaña.

“Schöne 3 stöckige Wohnung mit üblem Geruch”
+Prinzipiell hat diese Wohnung sehr viel Potenzial, schöne Einrichtung usw. jedoch muss diese Wohnung aufjedenfall mehr gewartet werden!! Schöner Privater pool! Wäre der Geruch nicht so würde die Wohnung wahrscheinlich deutlich mehr kosten In den Schlafzimmern gab es gute Klimaanlagen!
−sehr komischer Geruch Waschmaschine funktionierte nicht + der Geruch im Raum der Waschmaschine war abartig. in einem der Schlafzimmer roch es nach Benzin(?) Ventilatoren müssten gewartet werden, es war oft sehr heiß. Es fehlte leider einfach an Sauberkeit… Badezimmer auf der Dachterasse, war nicht wirklich begehbar

−Der Check-in-Prozess hat fast 30 Minuten gedauert, obwohl wir bereits vorab online eingecheckt hatten. Die Wohnung selbst ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt abgelebt. Insgesamt das schlechteste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unserer gesamten Kolumbienreise. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.
