“Great View”
+Very central to all amenities, supermarket, restaurants and pubs all close by. Easy entry into the building and our apartment was up a few stairs to the lift which took us straight to the apartment door. It was quaint and had everything we needed. There is a lovely view of the port from the balcony. The bed was large and comfortable. We did not do any cooking but it seemed that everything was there that would be needed for cooking up a meal. Fridge freezer and washing machine also in kitchen. Plenty storage in living area for clothes etc We would stay again if we visit Los Cristianos again
−Shower tended to run out of hot water if you stayed in too long so just learned to be in and out quickly. My husband seen 2 small cockroaches in the bathroom when he lifted the bath mat but we bought some spray and never seen any more after that!

+Felt like you was in an authentic Canarian property. Loved the quaint area. Surrounded by lots of restaurants. Second time we’ve stayed in this property.

“Plus jamais Los Cristianos!!!”
+Confortable et propre. Linges de bains en suffisance. Cuisine bien équipée.
−Le manque de ventilation avec une chaleur étouffante qui oblige à essayer de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Malheureusement je n’avais aucune idée sur le lieu épouvantable qu’est Los Cristianos au niveau nuisance sonore, entre autre, donc pas beaucoup dormi.

−Il lavandino del bagno è praticamente inutilizzabile, è assolutamente troppo piccolo. La mancanza di aria condizionata ti obbliga a tenere aperte le finestre durante la notte e i rumori della gente che lavora nei locali sottostanti e gli schiamazzi dei passanti ti svegliano

+Ottima posizione fronte mare tutti i servizi a disposizione non manca niente.Per noi che ci alziamo presto per camminare è ideale da Los Cristianos arrivi fino a Playa de LAS Americas lungo una passeggiata a mare spettacolare
−Per scelta noi andiamo a Tenerife a Giugno che è il mese che loro utilizzano per fare manutenzione però sono piccolezze .....anzi lasciamo Milano con ancora giornate incerte e piovose e li troviamo giornate con sole e una brezza stupenda e un turismo accettabile

“Ottima posizione ma tenuto malissimo”
+La posizione eccellente. Pulizia.
−Non ci sarebbe nulla da contestare visto la posizione e il prezzo competitivo ma il monolocale ha un arredamento datato, rotto e raffazzonato. La porta del bagno a soffietto fatta di pannelli di plastica era completamente rotta e i pannelli agganciati tra loro con fascette ( quanto costa sostituire una porta a soffietto in spagna, un rene?). Vetro del bagno arrugginito e porta della doccia rotta e sostituita con un tenda improvvisata. Alcuni stipidi che si erano scollati sono stati riattaccati con il nastro adesivo grigio del briko. ( costera' un botto un po' di colla da rimetterli a posto). Per il phon ci hanno chiesto 20 euro per la cauzione da ritirarsi in sede ( non vicina). Poi un phon tutto ammaccato lo abbiamo trovato. Cuscini e tessili di terza mano. Ruggine e sporcizia nelle parte metalliche dei mobili parecchio fatiscenti. Potrebbe essere un monolocale molto piu' curato con una spesa minima ma si vede che chi gestisce ama fascette e nastro adesivo che sinceramente neanche nei posti piu' economici e meno pretenziosi ho trovato. Non ci tornerei piu' per il disinteresse nel locare un appartamento cosi' senza degnarsi di un minimo di manutenzione.

−Le logement donne sur la promenade. Très bruyant. La mauvaise odeur émanait des restaurants en dessous et qui fermaient tard. Le frigo était très bruyant également, on était obligé de le débrancher tous les soirs si on voulait dormir
